It went fine. I had the vehicle so I was happy with the transaction I had. I got what I wanted. I was pretty satisfied. The purchase was fine but the follow up, I have issue with. They were pretty responsive. They were trying to sell a car. They were always there when I arrived. They were very professional.

As active duty military members, we are not Florida residents. When we purchased our vehicle, we proved to the dealership we weren't Florida residents. They charged us $2399.94 in sales tax they shouldn't have. Our legal residence is New Hampshire. There's no sales tax in New Hampshire. We've purchased other vehicles during my husbands service and we've never paid the sales tax on a vehicle. We wrote to the state of Florida department of revenue requesting a refund of the sales tax. We received a letter from the state of Florida indicating we had to we had to write to the dealership and request our refund. We wrote the dealership on March 25, 2012. To date, we've not received our refund. No one from the dealership will return our calls or respond in writing. DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
