United Pro Cleaning

They were supposed to be sending someone to fix what I was unhappy about which hasn't happened yet. I don't know if it's the entire company but I will say that the particular agent who came to my home was extremely not trustworthy and very slick. He was trying to sell you services that were not needed and beyond that I don't think he performed what he promised he would perform. The company is still promising to send someone else to fix it. I wasn't watching him the entire time and literally he was here for about an hour and fifteen minutes. I did see him cleaning the carpets but he could not have spent more than fifteen minutes on the air ducts. The person who had sold me this service over the phone had promised all the vents but he didn't do any of the vents. He had also promised free scratch guarding, deep cleaning verses the regular stain cleaning on the carpet. The kind of couch I have needed to be dry cleaned because it couldn't be stain cleaned but when he finished there was water all over the couch and floor. I hate to see the way he cleaned it. He came in and told me I needed different things than what I had already ordered and after he finished it certainly wasn't what he promised. The couch wasn't clean so I had him to come back in and he spot cleaned what he had stained. They called about the air duct cleaning and offered three rooms of carpet cleaning and for the additional rooms it was $20. I had also enquired that I had a white couch and that was what ended up costing me a lot more. He also came in and told me I needed to have my coils cleaned verses just the ducts cleaned and that were an additional charge. As I went back on the internet and looked up these things that he was telling me I needed, even on their own website it was contrary what he was telling me. For instance their company website talks about how some companies sell you deep cleaning verses stain cleaning of carpets but when he actually got here he told me I needed the deep cleaning and that he would do the scratch guard. He also tried to sell me some sort of insurance that would have been an extra two hundred dollars which I declined. At the very end he said that I write the check to him instead of the company. When I called and finally reached the manager, they did offer to rectify the situation so they sent another servicer out here. I haven't had a chance to schedule him to come out and redo the cleaning. The new person they sent over here, he seems like he's much more trustworthy and I feel good about him but still haven't got a chance to schedule him to come.
