My sprinkler pump began spraying water from multiple pipe joints. I called Don and left a message on Tuesday. Michelle called me back the same day and set the appointment for Don to come Friday morning. Don arrived early and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He had to turn off the water to my house due to a faulty backflow valve and he made sure to warn me in advance. He fixed the problem in an hour and I believe he fixed things where other people would have taken advantage of the situation and charged for new parts. He also checked the entire sprinkler system and cleared out several clogged sprinklers.
