Expensive and poor job.
Description of Work: Pride. Carpet subcontracted the job to another company without telling me. In addition to cleaning 3 small bedrooms and some stairs he removed a stain for us. The stain has reappeared two weeks later. A. Lot of money for a disappointed job.

We have been in business since 1986 and the technician that went to your condo was under the impression that you were satisfied with the job, being that you signed off on the work order contract which clearly states, "I hereby acknowledge the satisfactory completion/delivery of above described work, at times a spot will appear to be even more visible after a general cleaning of the material. The nature of some spots makes it impossible to restore original color or texture. REMOVAL OF SPOTS IS NOT GUARANTEED" I also remember you calling back to say that there was a small spot that were not able to remove. Being that we value our customers and their word of mouth referrals, I asked our technician to call you back to see what he could do to make you happy. At that time, you were leaving out of State and you said that you would follow up with us once you were back in Florida. We still have never heard back from you other than from this review. We are sorry that you did not fully read your contract. We are always happy to follow up with our customers concerns. Again, I want to reassure you that we do not subcontract out our jobs. If you look at your invoice, you will see that it is from our company which is Pride Carpet Cleaning. We thank you again for your business and hope that you are back in town doing well.
