All Fencing And Repair

I met with Steve 3/31/15 and he was very personable. I was very excited to work with him. Unfortunately he dropped the ball. I didn't receive the estimate until 4/16/15 and that was only after complaining to the receptionist. Once received it, I immediately emailed Steve asking where the promised photos were of the ornate gates? What fence he was quoting me- which was unclear on the estimate and what are my color choices? I finally called today asking if I could work with a different sales person. They said NO. I have absolutely zero confidence that I would ever receive anything I need from this company. Thank God I didn't contract with them.

This whole experience has been a disaster from the start, including their truck breaking down in our driveway and preventing my wife from entering the property. And then it all went south from there.Provider was informed of all discrepancies (those being: the new mesh was put in wrong location, NEW latches and hinges were not provided, as specified, debris removal was not finished, as specified. After several contacts with "Susie", mostly consisting of empty promises given in a condescending manner. She first promised me over the phone on 3/5/2015 that everything would be corrected. As of today (4/7/2015) Nothing has been corrected and no one has contacted me. A very unprofessionally handled experience from start to what is apparently the finish. They did manage to run away with the deposit. Though the only work that was actually performed was the mesh put on the wrong location. In response to company's (Member Name Removed) response. "I don't understand how the mesh could've been placed in the wrong location". Does the word "incompetence" come to mind? The "many times" that provider claims to have tried to contact me to in provider's response is false. I am often home and my caller ID also keeps records of incoming calls, except for calls that never happened. The last call I received from them was on 3/25 at 2:28 PM from "Rodney's" cellphone when he promised to call me on 3/27,which he never did. I did not call with my credit card for final payment. The company sent the charges on using the credit card number already on their file from when I made the initial deposit. On 4/9/2015, a company rep showed up to look at the job. He was shown all the problems and seemed to understand the situation and said that I would be contacted soon. As of 6/2/2015, there has been no further contact from the provider. On 6/8/2015 at 5:13 pm, Rodney called and left a message. This began a month long bout of answering machine tag. At this point, I have cut my losses with this company and need no further contact with them. What you can expect as a customer is very unprofessional service,blatant lies from its staff, insensitivity towards the handicapped, poorly maintained vehicles and incompetent work .

it went smoothly and the guys came and shown me where the fence would start and where it will end. How long the job will take to complete eveyone worked togather as a team to complete the job. I am very happy and even his sister company for broward did my mother-in-law fence last month. Excellecnt Job Guys!

The service was fantastic. They were extremely good. They did everything I wanted. They did it quickly and efficiently. What I like the most is that he did everything that I asked him to do. The price was reasonable.

It was very good. I have no complaints. Its still looking good. They were able to customize and meet my needs for the fencing.

The service turned out pretty good. Scheduling the actual service was very good. They were fast so it was good. I looked up a bunch companies online, called, and got some quotes and things; so, that is how I decided. If a friend or a neighbor looking for a similar service, I would tell them to use them, but I would also tell them to go through all the permitting process with the city first. The end was not that great, but it was not their fault. It was just simply that the city sighting very small and significant things on the altercations, and delaying the process. That took a while. The start was fine. You need a permit from the city, but in the end, you need to get the inspection done in order to get the completion on the permit. There was a drawing that was done inaccurately, but I was not sure if that added a little delay or not. All Fencing did my blueprint. It was a minor thing and easy to miss. The city was very thorough so that took like 3 or 4 weeks to resolve. They provided the fence. Then, they had to draw the fence on the survey which is obtainable from the city so the city could determine that you are not encroaching on anybody’s territory or if you are allowed to put a fence where you are proposing to put a fence. The responsibility of drawing that and getting the permit is the fencing company’s job. The staffs I worked with were pretty good. They were not bad. The salesman was okay. The quality of the service was good. I had to call them a few times though.

I didn't have any problems with them. The only problem I had was with the clean up. They didn't carry the dirt and rocks, and I had to go to my neighbors yard to clean up. I noticed that they did put up a fence for my new neighbors here, and they did a very good job with the clean up and everything. That is why I said I would have them do the rest of my fence because they did a very good job. They came when they were scheduled to come, and the men worked diligently to put it up. I had a problem with the clean up, because most of it went into the neighbors yard, and they did not clean it up, and that was not okay with me, especially if it is in somebody else's yard. I didn't have too much of a problem, and I could deal with the cost. The quality was good. The sales person who came out to give me the estimate said that when they started to install the fence, he would come for a check, but I never saw him again. I was not here when they arrived, and when I got home, they were at work. The men who were not here did not speak English, so we were communicating more with gestures. The job got done, but the language barrier was a problem. It took an effort to make them understand what I wanted. I recommended them to my neighbors.

The service went great. The guy was friendly, and he did a great job. His name was Mat. The price was reasonable. He did really good work.

Installation was professional, team was hard working, but didn't always have all the pieces (i.e. gate latches). There was a delay in the custom sliding gate due to a miscommunication with timing of manufacture by them. This could have been better managed by fence company to make sure we understood their process, but the sliding gate does look great. We did have some change orders due to zoning in Weston which increased the final price, but changes were handled professionally by them and were reasonable. Overall, we are happy with the fence and would use them again.

From start to finish the process was smooth and simple, the owner delivered the material in person and wend over the installation process and made sure my wife and I got exactly what we wanted and we did. The installers were very polite and completed the job on time and left everything clean as they found it when they arrived. After the job was completed we received a call from their office to as if we had any questions or concerns. I am very happy with the attention to detail and the customer service and will recommend to all my friend.

The crew arrived when they said they would. They removed the debris and took it with them. Installed the new posts and boards where needed. Everything looks great. Thank You for a GREAT JOB!!!

We contracted this business to install a fence around our pool area to meet insurance requirements prior to closing on a house. We originally had made the decision to go with another company, but the sales person for that company called us and said that he also worked for All Fence and that we would get a better fence for a better price going with All Fence. After giving All Fence a deposit of about $2000 to begin work, they all but stopped corresponding with us. When we did get though, they made excuses about why the work had not started after nearly 5 weeks. As we were living in another state while making the purchase of the , we had very little in the way of leverage to get them to respond to our calls, force them to act. Finally, we made a trip down to Florida and physically confronted the salesman on our property. We told him that because of the cost of the fence and the lack of any work thus far, we had decided to enclose the pool area with a screen house and wanted our fencing deposit returned. He told us that not only would our deposit not be returned, we should be grateful that All Fence was not going to use our credit card number to charge us for the full job and that part of the requirement for not charging us was to write the owners a letter stating that we would not file a lawsuit. We did not write such a letter, changed our credit card number, and they did not charge us for the additional money, but we did lose our entire $2000 deposit and have nothing to show for it. The experience was a terrible and expensive lesson in South Florida contractors. We not only would never use these people, we can't understand why they are still in business. Evidently, they satisfy just enough people to have other customers take a chance with them. If you do, good luck - you'll need it. We learned an expensive lesson that under no circumstances should you ever sign a contract stating that your deposit is not refundable. Be sure to read the fine print and only work with reputable contractors.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The 1st salesman made a lot of promises and when he couldn't deliver what he promised he stopped returning my calls. Then I proceeded to call the office and every single time without fail there was another excuse. Then they provided me with another salesman who made promises that couldn't deliver. He would not answer his phone after I kept calling. This was all over a months time when they promised to do the job within a 2 week period. Finally a month and a half into going back and forth they sent someone who sub-contracted the work. He showed up 4 hours late and made more excuses. Then said that he was only there to due the footings. That the rest of the job would be completed at a later time. I called the owner of the company and his first words out of his mouth was that " Listen I don't have time for this do you want the job done or not." I asked who he was talking to and his next words were" This is not brain surgery you're getting a F****** fence.... I am tired of people telling me how they aren't getting the service today." Needless to say i said a few choice words and terminated their job...

The fence install was rendered and paid out already by myself with no satisfaction of services, contract, and an open permit still outstanding to shoddy work and the permit expired after two extended permits that All Fencing & Repair was allowed to get and it was due to the encroachments they caused. Their last given permit expired on March 1, 2014 so I had to do a change of contractor to fix All Fencing & Repairs mistakes.? The owner, Vito Coraci, is trying to extort money from me, I am 84 years old and I paid him already in 2012 for a fence install of $14,800.00 to date and he installed the fence incorrectly and wants me now to pay him again to move it to the correct location. I had to hire a real estate lawyer to speak on my behalf as I am sick over this matter. He is also creating a hardship on my wife with false accusations and she had nothing to do with this contract deal. I provided an accurate survey to work off of before the installation and a year later, in 2013 we find out he never disclosed to us the inspection was never done in 2012 because of encroachment issues.? His salesman, only could get his first name, Charles, who intially came to me for my 50% deposit in the summer of 2012 ?and did not provide the materials like promised until over a month so they tied up my deposit money. When the product arrived, the truck was instructed to leave with it still on the truck which I had to get the Boca Raton Police Dept. dispatched to come out and assist us as I felt I was being conned into believing my money was for product they had no intent on leaving. I have a police report to prove this happened. My wife's assistant had to help remove the product off the truck as they never brought a worker to do it only the driver from the manufacturer was there from Winrise. We have video footage to prove this happened as well. The salesman, Charles, lied to us about our 6 gates that were installed were suppose to be curved as per my request upon signing the contract and he agreed it would be but when the gates arrived separately they were straight gates on the top not curved so they then extorted another $800.00 right there for payment to get the right gates delivered. Now two years later from the install that was by comparison a bad job with staggering heights and I lost four feet of my property on one side due to them only taking the shortest path of resistance and "hugging the landscaping" instead of referring to the survey. they installed the back part over 20 feet off my property and 9 feet on my neighbor's side. When inspection was failed the owner of All Fencing and Repair demanded we get another survey and I had to pay for it out of pocket and he also said I had to pay him again for him commiting to coming back to fix his mistakes. This is taking advantage of a Senior Citizen The company also responded to our lawyers demand letter with listing the wrong address where I live on their letter and letter head. The address that we discovered was another victim who also was taken by All Fencing and Repair and their quite large 50% deposit was tied up for months I found out and then when the fencing arrived it sat in their yard for months until they actually came and did the install for them. All Fencing & Repair tried to get our next door neighbor to sign off on ownership of the fence that they installed encroaching their property for two years and they refused to sign his letter due to a possible incumberance if they chose to sell their house. This was so All Fencing & Repair could avoid coming back to move the fence, so they eventually did move it and then for the second time did not refer to the survey and moved it only a few feet and it did not rectify the encroachment. They say they moved it twice already in complaint forms they have responded on other services on the Internet and that is also a lie, they only moved it once and did not remove at all the other 200 feet of encroachment on the back part of our property that is the drainage district property. My wife has tried very hard to get this company to come back to rectify the problem but with no response back, only a demand of getting another $3,000.00 from me in order to "fix" their mistakes that they are trying to blame my wife for who knows nothing about fence installation nor did she interfere in their install while on property. It seems to me this company is trying to "pass the buck" to the customer/consumer and they are fraudulently using the customer's deposits for their own needs being personal or business purposes. I would not recommend this company to even build a dog house. I also feel that the installers/subcontractors are not legalized American citizens and did not know the English language and we noticed everytime they came to my house it was a different person and they were requesting bathroom usage and water from me and my wife. I felt very uncomfortable with this due to my age and unability to act quickly if harm was put upon myself and/or my wife. In the State of Florida crimes against Senior Citizens is an automatic felony if anyone reads this and did not know. People like me need to be protected from companies and services like this for any future business and I hope Angie's List will provide my wife and myself with kind, respectful and professional services listed with them. thank god we can give and read reviews fist.

Called for an estimate regarding some fence repairs. The person that returned my call(1 day later) didn't seem to concerned about the requested estimate for the work. He told me it would be at least a week before they had the ability to do ane stimate. Never, called back, never came to see property, and frankly during our conversation didn't seem interested in the work.

They never showed. Not even a courtesy call. That that type of unprofessionalism with a new customer cannot be overcome. Would never schedule work with them again.

They did a very good job. They were on time and they did good work. They did give some of the work to a sub-contractor. The salesman kept in contact with me. They got the permit like they were supposed to. They provided everything that we needed for the association. I had to contact his office a couple of times to get information on when they were going to do the work. They did get back to me. The hold up was getting the permits from the city. The inspector had to come out before he would approve it. The price was very good and they were in the middle. It was good quality. I would use them again.

Everything was fine. It was good. It was reasonable and they completed the work quickly.

Told them to forget it. I had already gotten a free estimate from another company saying it was going to be around $900. It's always a good thing to get more than one estimate, but not for $95.

Very pleased with the work, the man who did the job and the price. The only incident was the worker showing up one day to do the job unannounced and unscheduled and the office girl had no clue what was going on, the guard would not let him through per my instructions and the job was rescheduled.

Steer clear of this fraudulent company. We originally paid them and were promised to be serviced within 2 weeks for gate repairs in APRIL 2013 and they didn't actually come out until AUGUST 2013. I spent endless hours on the phone with them and was always lied to. To top it off, they came out to repair my gate without even calling me and scheduling an appointment while I was out of town. The repair they did was shoddy and not what was promised, but since I wasn't even there to inspect it once they finished there was nothing I could do. Once again, I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get someone to come back out to fix it correctly as promised and they never came or returned my calls. Worst company that I've dealt with in South Florida and I've been here for 12 years.

They were called out to instal a gate latch. A Small blonde man with attitude arrived. He made us feel as if we were a nuisance to have called. He was done in about 15 minutes and that is only because he installed the latch wrong the first time. Not Punctual, not friendly, so......NOT returning to my home.
