Denise was so kind, patient, and explained the moving process every step of the way. She was in constant contact and when I had some difficulties with the actual movers, she fixed the problem right away. I would have given a 5 star but I had some issues with the movers with not moving boxes upstairs (even though the boxes were marked), movers on their cell phones and face-timing, and not setting up my bed or putting my dresser where I requested. Because I moved to a state where I did not know anyone, I could not just call a friend to assist me with moving furniture (thus the reason I hired and paid a moving company to assist me). It took me 2 days to move heavy boxes upstairs and if you have more than 13 stairs, you are charged extra (which is totally understandable, and will agree to this fairness!!!), but I ended up moving the boxes myself anyway. Overall, I thought Agility was amazing! Denise was so helpful, thank you, you really listened to me and for that, I appreciate it. She also was quick to resolve the problem. My problem was with the actual movers. My feedback to Agility is to screen movers and set the expectation for them. I was just anxious for my stuff to get into my house at that point. For the record, I use them again, a really great and trustworthy company.

Excellent!! Movers were great. Very professional. Daniel, the crew chief went out of his way to make the move easy, seamless and quick. Also, Richard and Denise kept us updated the whole thing. Great company, great people !!

The whole team was very professional very nice they kept in contact constantly everything that they said they were going to do they did .they were a great group of guys that I had they were very professional

If you want your stuff broke hire this bunch. The FIRST CREW almost got into a fight at my house that I just sold. Damaged to walls and furniture. The second crew, 5 days later was top-notch. Supposed to deliver on Tuesday, got there on Sunday.

The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. The crew leader let us know everything they were going to accomplish before starting the job and all expectations including everything he needed from us.

From the moment I hired this company I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and awesome work ethic . They took such good care of our lifelong belonging . I especially loved that the same three men that packed up the truck and took apart my bed and everything else were the same three men that showed up in Florida to unpack the truck and put my bed and back together. What a great company . Communication is always open . Worth every penny ! Highly recommended . If they could get a sore if 10 .. I would have given it to them . Well deserved !

Extra half a star for being polite on the phone and quick refund. Unfortunately they canceled day of the move after I pulled teeth to get them to commit to a day and time. We had already given our landlord the date of move and this left my pregnant wife and I in a very tough spot. The industry demands flexibility but they clearly are overbooking their crews.

The experience was great! Ontario, Gale and Will loaded me up and Ontario and Gale unloaded. Denise kept me informed and if I had any questions Shane, Richard or Denise responded. I would definitely use then again.

Whole house move to another state, with 2 drop locations. The home office in Florida helped proactively work thru several scheduling issues during the move, and addressed any of my concerns promptly and fairly. The packing/loading/delivery crew (led by Jean) were courteous and hard working... they had two late nights back to back and I never heard them complain. I would contract with this company (and crew) again without hesitation.

Had a great experience with the move. The customer service was fantastic. They walked me through everything I need to know reference to the move and the contract. I had no surprises, the amount quoted was the amount paid. Ontario and his crew took great care of my belongings, packed them better than I would have. I moved from Chicago to Florida, and nothing was broken or damaged. I would absolutely recommend them for your next move.

The customer service was professional and they kept up with me on what to expect in the moving process. The movers carefully wrapped my belongings and efficiently moved them across several states.

Worst experience I ever had. Very late for pick up would never recommend this company to anyone. When asking what time they would show up I was given one story after another.

I have moved several times and never experience the professionalism that Agility performed for me. What made the move so easy was Daniel, who was the supervisor on my job. He was more than thorough, as he was caring when handling my possessions and had a very king personality. If you are looking to move and need the best company to use it is Agility.

The representatives of the company was very responsive to any questions or concerns. As promised, any open items, they made sure to follow up!

This was the second time we used Agility to move my mother. She initially moved from Phila. to Georgia in the summer of 2019, and then in October of 2020, moved back to Philly. After arriving in Philly, it took 4 months to find a final place for her so she needed to put her stuff in storage until it was time for the last move. Agility easily accommodated the storage at a reasonable price. As before, everyone I worked with at Agility Van Lines was great. John and Denise were friendly, helpful and professional. They walked me thru the process, answered my questions, and addressed all my concerns. Jonathan and his final delivery crew were exceptional. We thought they would be able to deliver momâ  s boxes around the back and right into the cellar. Low hanging power lines prevented that. Additionally, the street parking was completely full so they had to park almost a block away and carry everything to the house. They worked diligently for over 4 hours without stopping or gripping on a Sunday evening until 9:30pm and everything was delivered. Iâ  m very happy with the service Agility provided my mom and highly recommend them to anyone. Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2200 Georgia â  Phila.

The crew was courteous and professional, the packing of the house was good in furniture, and the unpacked and installed was great.
