Agility delivered the goods quickly with no problems.

Overall John was very helpful and we would call him for any future needs. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our reservation but we will keep John’s info for any future needs or recommending to friends and family.

This company will lie to you from start to finish and then gaslight you into saying that you are wrong and double down on defending liars and scammers. I got a quote that changed twice in the move. I was lied to about being the only person on the truck for the delivery and that it would be a straight shot over to my destination. I was attacked verbally by the owner when I called his company out for lying to me and not performing to the standards that they set for me to gain my business. They damaged nearly all of my goods and furniture. They do not call you back when they say they are going to. You would do well to steer very clear away from this company because all it will bring you is a lot of money taken from you, horrible customer service, no empathy, damaged items, and a damaged home. I have made several attempts to reach a resolution with the business and all it accomplished was to be accused of threatening the owner, which I never did, lack of follow-up on their end, and just getting sent a claim email with no regard or care to the fact that my items were destroyed and the pain and grief they have caused me and my wife. Shane explicitly told me that he was having a bad day and was having issues, and then during that conversation, it seems he projected it onto me as a concerned customer who felt that his money and goods were in the wrong hands. I cannot stress enough to anyone that this company does not care about you in any way. They only care about getting your money and they will lie to you to get you to sign the contract, and then when you have no other choice, they will flip the script on you multiple times. Avoid them at all costs and go with someone who will take care of you and respect you and your things. Update received a call from john on June 14 at 8:55 AM. The call from john he was very adamant and upset that the reviews were still up and that the letter was not signed. I let him know that according to your letter it was good for 90 days. John with a quick and harsh tone replies back no it is good for now . I replied back to him letting him know that is not according to the verbiage of the contract that you have sent me. I can hear someone in the background giving john instructions and then he goes ahead and asked me again so are you going to remove the reviews or not. I let them know I am still thinking about it and I have these 90 days to go ahead and decide on it so I am not appreciating feeling rushed and if you guys were such a great company you would not be calling me demanding that I remove my reviews. John then asked me so what are we doing here are you just trying to bust my balls. I can continue to hear someone giving him instructions in the back and then john replies to me â so I am just gonna go ahead and have Shane send a void of contract. I then let John know You know if Shane is there in the background he can just talk to me directly. The phone call that abruptly hung up and I did not receive a call back. This direct attempts at trying to gag me and cover up the damage that they know that they have done is complete proof that the lack of integrity that this business has. My integrity is worth more than the $1100 that they were trying to give me in a settlement to hide the truth of this business. I am going to continue disputing this through the Better Business Bureau, through my credit card, and through the moving claims form that I had to fill out.

I was very pleased with my move. I hired this company to move my kids back home from their apartment which was out of state. Gene and Max arrived on time with the truck. Gene was very good of making sure everything was wrapped up well for transport. Max was loading boxes while Gene working in the apartment. He was very careful and efficient. Denise at the office kept me informed on arrival and delivery windows. Gene gave me a hour heads up to when he would be there. Upon arriving at my home , both men worked quickly and was very attentive of making sure they didnâ t scratch the floors or walls. Everything was in the original condition as it was when they picked it up. Overall it was a very good experience amd I would recommend Agility movers.

John was fantastic throughout the entire process, and super friendly. This company seems like a great family business. Moving is such a process but this company makes is easier. I would definitely recommend.

Choosing a moving company is difficult. You need to be confident that they will do what they say and treat your belongings and you with respect. With our first contact with Shane he explained how they worked, how the process would go and took time to answer all of our questions. He even took his phone outside and FaceTimeâ d video of his vans for us. They did an excellent job with the move. Very professional in every way. I was a little concerned about moving our new high end washer and dryer. They did a great job with them as I watched them carefully wrap, load and unload them with absolutely no problems. Everything made the 1,100 mile trip without a scratch and on time. We had some extra changes because we had many more boxes than we originally had estimated (no fault of theirs). They carefully loaded the van to its maximum and everything fit. I would definitely recommend Agility VanLines to anyone for a long distance move.

The entire experience was as painless as possible, especially considering that moving is a major pain. Tom, Denise, and Shane were all very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Our movers, Antonio & Elli, were extremely trust-worthy, professional, pleasant, efficient, and hardworking - absolutely amazing! This company made my huge long-distance move run like a breeze, I had no worries or stress and they delivered earlier than estimated with no damages! Their customer rep was really good about giving us the necessary information and estimate, and would answer any questions I had with great clarity. During the packing process, the movers made sure to carefully inventory and help pack some of the bigger furniture. Cost was as expected and actually a lot more reasonable than other moving companies I reached out to. The two movers were really kind and fun to work with, and their communication was fantastic, along with Denise in their office home-base, she always checked in to make sure we were up to date and taken care of. The packing was about a 4 hour process for the size and number of items I had, which was great, and the unloading was even faster! I would highly recommend this company for any moves.

Moving long distance is stressful. The Staff at Agility Van Lines made a difficult situation manageable. From the minute I made the initial call to the truck driving away after delivering the load, we had support. Denise was on top of everything and Jean and Max worked like Hercules both at Pickup and delivery. If you are planning a move I highly recommend Agility Van Lines.

Shane, Denise, Tsano, and Ivory facilitated my move from Middle Tennessee to Western North Carolina. I am pleased with their customer service from start to finish! The only little glich was with scheduling. I was changed from morning pickup to afternoon, which threw me off schedule a bit, but it all worked out. Tsano and Ivory were very pleasant, fast, and efficient. As my mother used to say, "They didn't let any moss grow under their feet." They manipulated big heavy furniture and boxes with ease and took care with all my belongings. I recommend Agility Van Lines and would certainly use them again.

The entire team at Agility Van Lines was amazing to work with, from the very beginning of the process to the very end. I felt that everyone in the office had a personal touch and understood the anxiety that an out of state move can bring. They explained every step of the process in full detail, and kept in touch throughout. The movers themselves, Teddy, Scott, and Sam, went above and beyond! They were respectful, upbeat, and took great care both packing up and unloading my belongings. I would absolutely hire them to move me again. While the process of moving can be chaotic, I felt secure knowing my belongings were in great hands.

I have moved several times in my life and this company and my movers made this as enjoyable move as I have ever had. All the personnel I came into contact with were very professional and polite. The moving team that I had were great. They worked very well together, were fast and took extreme care to make sure all of my furniture was completely wrapped and protected. When they unloaded my furniture at our new home, they were very quick to unload and put everything where I wanted it. They left my place very clean and clear of all trash. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used Agility to move from Southern Virginia to the Washington DC area. First of all, the staff was readily available and easy to reach. They were very courteous and friendly, and did everything they said they would from the beginning (calls, follow-ups, etc.). However, they were a day late picking up my things which was absolutely no fault of the moving crew. The owner did provide me with a nice discount for my inconvenience. The crew they sent to move me was EXCELLENT. Not only were they friendly and easy to work with, they treated me (and my belongings) like a family member. I have moved several times in recent years, and Steven, Orrin, and Chris from Agility were the best moving crew I ever worked with. The only reason I can't give this company five stars is because they were a day late, which was an inconvenience. Again, moving crew and customer service from office staff was excellent!

Steven and his team were awesome. And special thank to Denise for helping coordinate everything. Communication was great and someone was always ready and able to answer any questions I had. Thank you to Steven's team and the Agility Team for making my move as easy an pain-free as possible! Would definitely work with these guys again!

The 3 person crew that moved me from RI to MD were absolutely excellent and very professional.

I don't take recommendations lightly, in fact I don't submit them very often. But due to a great Job relocation I needed a moving company to move my possessions 1000 miles north... so I began a difficult process of due diligence and verification. I learned a great deal about the moving industry as I searched for the right company. But let me tell you...if you think you want to move long distance, well you either need your head examined or you need to find a dependable and honest moving carrier. I say carrier because dozens of sales people from Moving-Brokers tried to convince me that they were the oneâ ¦but none of the brokers would tell me who would do the move, nor write a contract that I could count onâ ¦ and then I was called by Agility Van Lines and I found my Carrier. Agility Van Lines, worked to help build a detailed inventory and to project Cubic Footage, and from the start they proved to be honest and professional on every point. Further, their team was well staffed and they went to work immediately to get the job done. I can't say enough, our contract was fair, they picked up on time, made sure everything was protected, treated me with respect and delivered when scheduled. Let me say this again...Agility Van Lines proved to be Honest and Professional and they delivered real value. My trust proved warranted and I will use them again, and you should too.

The first company I was supposed to move with ended up having horrible reviews, thank goodness I found Agility Van Lines. Agility Van Lines saved us! Shane (owner) personally called to book a move with me, that really meant a lot. Our move was from IL to MD and on pickup and arrival the driver, Steven, and his team called ahead of time, loaded and unloaded the truck quickly and efficiently, and was very nice and accommodating. They took great care of all of our belongings and wrapped everything with care. Would definitely use and recommend Agility Van Lines again and again!
