All Agility staff were courteous and helpful.

The three members of the moving company were very professional in duties in all aspects of moving and packing of large objects. Overall experience a rating on 5 stars. Thank you Ontario, Joshua, and Chris. For doing a great JOB.

On time, stuck to the contract, did what they said they would do, conscientious careful workers.

I interviewed 3 companies. The only one who did NOT send a representative to my home was Agility. They insisted that they would look at our online listing photos to know what was needed. They said it would take a day. It took 3 days!! The movers damaged our home (wooden floors and baseboards). I have photos if Interested. They promised delivery within 20 days of a request. It took 24 days with several scheduled deliveries being delayed. Many damaged and missing items. Photos available. We moved dozens of times during our military careers. WORST MOVE EVER!!

From my first phone call with Agility Van Lines, I was quite impressed with the quick response and service I received from both John and Shawn. Everything was scheduled perfectly. When Stephen and his crew showed up they were polite, professional and spared no time packing and storing my things on the truck carefully and precisely. Both Stephen and Denise kept in contact with me until the next crew took over. Ontario and his crew called me with their location as they got closer to the destination. After they arrived at the storage facility, they unpacked the truck and stored my things as well as locking the unit. They ended up getting locked into the storage property as the gate would not open to let them out. Ontario called me and very calmly let me know what was going on. I was freaking out being 1300 miles away and could not help them. Ontario handled the situation beautifully. He notified the authorities and thankfully the police came and let them out. Iâ m sure they were very tired as it was almost midnight at that point. I canâ t thank everyone at Agility enough for their commitment to service and reliability as well as a great price for that distance!

I was happy with my move. Any complaint is handled diplomatically by Denise and Shane. I was happy also with the price of my move.

Very professional. All of the movers took time to introduce themselves and shook my hand. Once they went to work there was no stopping them they just got the job done and did it very very fast. I would highly recommend them.

Agility Van Lines is a reputable fabulous company, I have never written a review before but I feel compelled to share how wonderful this company is. John, Denise and Shane were beyond helpful and extremely accommodating. They will do whatever it takes to make your move as smooth as possible. I selected them because of their reputation but the pricing was incredibly fair and affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

The guys that did the moving of my belongings were so thoughtful and caring and listened to all my wants and fears. They were wonderful is the best I can say about them!

Ontario and Xavier were extremely professional and polite. This company is simply amazing. Honestly there's no way to give them 10/5. I know who to use anytime I need to move.

I had to cancel my move and they very cheerfully refunded my deposit the same day Everyone I spoke to at Agility was very nice.. When/if I can reschedule my move I will definitely call them.

They damaged my furniture, lost a ladder I had, and were so late getting to the move that I was billed 2 days for rent on my appointment, which I had to fight to rectify. They were 12 days late in getting to my destination, did many dropoffs on the way, and moved my furniture to another truck in the process. It was nearly impossible to speak to anyone about the problems, and the form they finally sent to me for claims required original receipts for furniture I had bought in the 1960s. Due to the fact that I did not get extra insurance on the delivery, they would only pay 60 cents on the 100 lbs. of items. I now have furniture with scratches, gouges, and a dresser with a leg broken and has to be propped up with cement blocks. My teak and walnut furniture from the 60s is certainly worth more than a couple of dollars, based on weight! I refuse to fill out the idiotic form and go through more headaches with them. I hope this will prevent others from using their services. Karen M.
