It is unfortunate that we do not providing service for small appliances, but we are a "major residential appliance" repair company and microwaves (even built in, over the range ones) are considered a "small household appliance". Description of Work: AFTER LEAVING 3 VOICEMAILS OVER A 5 DAY PERIOD, I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY OF ANY SORT. THIS WAS REGARDING A REFRIGERATOR REPAIR. ALTHOUGH THE FREEZER FOOD WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST ANYWAY, THE REFRIGERATED FOOD COULD DEFINITELY BEEN SAVED WITH PROMPT ATTENTION. WE LOST APPROXIMATELY $1,000 IN FOOD AS A RESULT. I WILL MAKE SURE ALL LOCAL SOCIAL MEDIA ARE MADE AWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE, AND AAA WILL SHORTLY BE RECEIVING A SMALL CLAIMS COURT SUBPOENA.
