They said that they would arrive between 1pm and 5 pm and they arrived around 3pm. They really knew what he was doing and did a fine job. My ice maker was working again in about 20 minutes.

I needed service on my range. One of the burners would not turn off. I used their website to set up an appointment for the next day. I got a confirmation that the message was received. The next day I did not get a call from these people. When I tried to call their number, I got a recording. Every time that I tried to select the option to make an appointment, the recording just replayed again. After listening to this a few times, I threw in the towel. Looks like they need more help than I do.

It went great. They had great service and I would definitely recommend them.

My positive experience with AAA Century Appliance: I phoned AAA Century Appliance at 12:30 pm. The service technician, Matthew, arrived at 1:30 pm. He opened the lint door of the dryer and checked the reservoir behind the lint trap. He showed me that the reservoir was full of lint and water. After cleaning the lint and water out he turned on the dryer and ... viola?it worked!! He then turned his attention to the ice dispenser on the refrigerator. He checked it out and found that the shaft was not turning properly. He removed the housing, cleaned it out, put it back together and once again...it worked!! He left but not before he provided me with instructions on how to care for my appliances and what to do should I experience additional problems. He also told me what the next steps would be and the cost should we need to go in that direction. From the initial phone call to AAA Century Appliance, when Giselle answered the phone in a professional and courteous manner, to the service and information provided by Matthew this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company. On a side note: Spending $35 to become a member of Angie's List was the best money I've ever spent.

We called late morning when our washing machine broke. They said they would come between 1 and 5 and gave us the name of the technician. They called back and told us there was a mistake and that they would come between 3 and 7 PM. We were told they would call 15 minutes before they would arrive. We got no call; they did not come. I called the office at about 7:30 and got an answering machine. I left a message. I also called someone else.

Excellent service. They were at my house within 2 hours of me calling them. They fixed the problem on the spot (welding a refrigerant leak). their tech was clean cut and extremely professional. Could not ask for anything more. As a business owner (business is also listed on AL) this is exactly the type of excellent customer service i attempt to deliver to my customers. These guys are awesome , do not hesitate to use them.

Had a problem with frost in the freezer after the work. The came back right away when I called them and fixed the problem. Very good customer service.

My washing machine was making a loud noise on the spin cycle. Century Appliance was contacted and sent Service Representatives Washington and Ivar to evaluate the problem. It was determined that the drum would have to be replaced, estimate given and replacement part ordered. Washington and Ivar arrived with the replacement part as indicated. Their work was very professional, clean and efficient. Additionally, they made recommendations to keep my machine operational. They gave A1 service.

They were good. They are definitely A rated. Their service was good and they fixed the problem. They are a good service provider. I was happy with them. I didn’t have any problems with the people. They were friendly and they communicate with me and they fixed it. They kept us inform on the things they are doing. They were there on time. All around, it was a good service and experience.

The rubber around my refrigerator door was hot to the touch; so was a small portion on the side of the fridge. Spoke to some friends/did research and all pointed to the fan not cooling the compressor/motor adequately. Called AAA Century this morning at 9 AM; had an appointment for between 1-5 PM today. The tech called me at 11:30 AM and asked if ok to arrive early since they were in neighborhood (YES!) Bruno and Ryan were GREAT! Professional, punctual, efficient, clean. Would def use this company again. Very impressed.

The control panel buttons on my KitchenAid dishwasher had become prematurely inoperative. I chose AAA Century Appliance because of their Angie's rating and their reasonable initial fee for problem diagnosis. Bruno came out on time and quickly determined that the control panel button assembly was causing the problem. He quoted the ridiculous price of $175 for the replacement hunk of black plastic that likely cost at least $4.95 to stamp out at the KitchenAid factory, plus $100 labor. He said he had to order the panel and that he'd be back in a week to replace. Bruno was here the following Saturday and replaced the panel in about twenty minutes. I applied a $15 Angie's List coupon, paid the balance and he was on his way. I'm happy with Bruno's promptness, professionalism and friendliness and I would employ AAA Century Appliance's services in the future.

Matt arrived on time and was very professional. He got right to work and was knowledgeable on the LG microwave.

Mike was very pleasant and professional. He came in and checked out the washing machine then told me what was wrong and the cost to repair. He had the part in his truck and then fixed it and left. Service was prompt and quickly done. He even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company.

After receiving a letter from LG regarding a recall for my washing machine, I phoned Century Appliance to set up a service call. I spoke with Missy @ Century Appliance and she was very very helpful in getting me a Saturday appointment right away. Missy was very polite, knowledgeable and again, she gave me an appointment that would not interfere with my work schedule. I was given a Saturday appointment between the hours of 8AM to 12PM. Saturday morning at about 8:45 or so, I received a call from the repairman. He did give me his name but sadly I have been distracted, etc., and I did not remember it. He showed up on time, his appearance was professional and impeccable. He was Extremely polite and pleasant. He went straight to work and was finished in a very short time. All in all the entire experience was great. No complaints from beginning to end. I would recommend this company to anyone. I'll definitely use them in the future.

It went well. We had to wait a copule of days for parts to be shipped from their Indiana warehouse, but overall everything was fine.

I called the company and the tech was at my house within 40 minutes. He knew what the problem was before even looking at the freezer. Very professional but friendly as well. First experience with Angie's List and I am HOOKED!!!

Not well. Although the washer was only about six years old he determined the control panel was not functioning properly and something else was wrong which I don't recall. He found that the replacement part was no longer available and the repair cost exceeded the washers value. The best news was that I only had to pay the $20 service call fee.

Called this company for an estimate. They were very professional over the phone. I love that in calling for estimates. I did not use them but I thought I would write a review for their courteous service and also because the first people that did the estimate wre just as pleasant and I was desperate for time. But will surely call this company again if I have to have large appliance repair.

I called AAA Century Appliance to have my ice maker looked at because it was not making ice. The guy that came was very friendly and on-time. He diagnosed everything but realized further research was needed. He took the information on my refrigerator and said he would be back in touch with me once they were able to do more research on the type of refrigerator I had and what might be causing the problem as well as cost, etc. Washington called me today and provided me a very detailed analysis of the problem and recommended me several options. Based on the issue and cost associated with fixing, I decided to not move forward with the repair but this had nothing to do with AAA Century. I thought they did an excellent job and will use them in the future if I ever have a need.

Lead Tech, Washington arrived promptly and in a very professional manner fixed a cooling problem with my wine cooler that several other companies said was not fixable. No reservations in using them again. Highly recommended!!

We have a burner on our electric range that stopped working and we called in AAA to take a look. HE gave us an estimate which was very high, but my sense is that it is the cost of the part itself and not the labor, so I do not fault AAA for this. I was happy with the professionalism and quality of the estimate. So far we have not proceeded with the actual repair.

They replaced it in less tan an hour. Tested it and it worked and gave me a 90 day guarantee on parts and labor. I was fine with that.
