Professional, courteous, punctual and fair. This was simply an excellent process. I am new to Angie's List, but I can tell you, it has already paid for itself and then some.

AAA Century Appliance charged $45 for a switch that costs $19.70 And $120 for labor that took 5 mins. TOTAL REP OFF. I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN

Replaced pump in washer and cleaned. Service Tech was on time and provided us with explanation of the problem with our washer and options available. The tech had a pump available so we elected to replace ours. The machine is functioning well, and we are happy.

We have a garage refrigerator that started acting up and I wanted to evaluate whether a repair would be sufficient, or if I had to have it replaced. It's not a critical appliance for us so urgency was no issue. I found AAA Century here on Angie's list and thought I'd give them a try. I contacted them on the weekend, very close to closing time. They answered the phone quickly and I ended up speaking to a very helpful person (unfortunately, I don't remember their name!) who took my name and number so that they could schedule a service call at the start of the following week. They called me early on Monday to inform me that there was a technician in the area who could come by if I was home! As it turned out, there was no one at home so I had to schedule the service call for later in the week. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and availability of technicians; they had many time slots throughout the week. We setup an appointment for Wednesday that week between 12 - 4 to ensure that someone could be at home to meet them. On Wednesday, the technician (Washington) showed up early; he was extremely professional -- he got to work right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. Although he did not have immediate access to the replacement part, he was able to find one at the warehouse that would require him to go pickup and come back later that evening (after hours, I might add). He defrosted the freezer, cleaned the area, and was on his way. (BTW, the part and installation cost of ~$240 was significantly less than trying to replace the appliance!). He returned later that evening (right on time) with the part, completed the installation and cleanup in a matter of minutes, then was on his way. Before he left, he offered some advice for maintaining the fridge. I applaud Washington for going above and beyond what was required (e.g. coming back that evening, after hours) to get the problem resolved. He was extremely professional, courteous, and communicative. I would not hesitate to utilize AAA Century for any of my appliance repair needs in the future.

They came on time and fixed the issue with our dryer not drying clothes (not producing any heat). They needed to replace the Cycling Thermostat and Thermofuse. They were very nice and did the repairs in a timely manner and we would use them again for sure! :)

We called and made a service appointment. The call was answered quickly and efficiently. We were happy they had saturday hours to accmodate our schedules we were given a window from 8-10 am. Bruno and Ryan showed up on time and gave us a courtesy call about 15-20 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on the way. Our call was was for two seperate problems the first and most important was our washing machine which stopped agitating and spinning. The second was our water dispenser on the fridge. Bruno quickly figured out the problem and told me it at first it could be the motor or the pump but more than likely a kids sock got stuck in the pump due to overloading the machine (there is a point beneath the lip of the machine where something small can get in and behind the inner basket).They quickly got it apart and sure enough it was exactly that. My daughter's sock had gotten sucked into the pump and caused it to burn out the gear inside.Bruno showed me the old part with the sock in it and I kept it to show my wife. Bruno had a new pump on his truck and it was a quick fix. I felt like the problem was well explained and felt comfortable that he knew exactly what he was talking about as he was basically able to diagnose the problem before even looking at it Everything was cleaned up and put back together and the things works perfectly. Total cost was 169.59 after a $15.00 discount for using Angies List. The service call was only 19.99 so you can't beat that. After wrapping up the washing machine he took a look at out fridge water dispenser which has not worked in forever. We dont really need it any way since we have another water filtration system. Anyway he first tested the solenoid which is the usual problem. That worked ok. Then he tested the switch which was also ok. He checked some other things but it came down to being the mother board which is an expensive repair for something we are not going to use much he gave me a quote of $ 389.99 to get the board and replace it. With it being the holidays I decided to wait on that one. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Most importantly I felt like they had integrity and were honest. I will definitely use them again. PS. He also took a quick look at a minor problem with the dishwasher and recommended to leave it alone.

My GE dishwasher stopped working on Friday evening. I checked "Angie's List" and found this company was offering a $19.99 visit. The office was closed by this time so I attempted to make an appointment on line for the next day. My request was accepted with a note that I would be contacted the next day (Saturday). Sure enough I got a call and apparently the office is closed on Saturday and Saturday appointments need to be made in advance. The very kind associate that I spoke to, unfortunately I wasn't able to get her name, told me she happened to check the mail and saw my request. She said there was a technician available and would set up a visit at the time I requested. At 11:00 am I received a call from Washington (his name) telling me he was available earlier if it was OK with me. We were out but would be home by 11:45 am, so he agreed to arrive at that time which he did. He arrived in a very nice new service vehicle and looked very professional. I explained the problem and he explained the service details. He then checked out the dishwasher and in less than 10 minutes found the problem and said he could do a minor repair to the broken part or I could have the whole panel board replaced at significant cost. I elected for the minor repair, and it was finished and tested in another 10 minutes. He said that if, for any reason, the repair didn't last I could still get the panel changed and the cost of todays repair and call would be deducted from the panel charge. It is so refreshing to get to deal with trustworthy people these days. The final charge was $74 after the "Angie's List" discount and I am very impressed with the whole experience. My thanks to the company and the staff for their very kind and professional service. From failure of the unit to back in service in less than 1 day and on a weekend at that. Thanks also to Angie's List for making this available.

The technician , Matthew, came to our home the same day we called and was prompt, professional and honest about our situation. Our stackable washer and dryer will not perform the spin cycle anymore. Matthew gave us some options and due to the age and lack of availability of parts for this model, he told us it could get costly if even possible to obtain parts. It is always refreshing to hear the truth rather then be charged an arm and a leg for a temporary rigged job. We are very happy with this company and the technician that was sent to us. Highly recommended.

I had error codes on my Kenmore oven. I feared I would have a costly replacement of the electronics panel. But Matthew from AAA identified it was simply a small curcuit breaker in oven that needed to be reset. I believe some repair companies would have attempted to claim it was something more so they could bill more. But Matthew was honest and all I owed was the $19.99 service call. I would definitely use them again.

There was a problem with the freezer gasketing which needed to be replaced twice before it too, worked properly, but Matthew was diligent and careful with the end result that the third gasketing is working properly. I paid for the 2nd gasketing with no labor charge but the unit acted up quickly so the third was replaced at no charge to me. All in all, I was very satisfied with their service and now have two good refrigerators working properly. Though $753 is not inexpensive, I certainly could not have replaced either for that price. I felt that their pricing was fair and the work thorough.

I called first thing in the morning (8:30am) and was told a technician could be out to see me in 2 hours, which was great. The technician was very professional and came right on time, calling first to ensure I would be available. I appreciate this level of consideration of my time, and theirs. The technician shared the cost of the part that needed to be replaced and I agreed that I wanted the repair. I was so glad he would be able to fix the machine that day. If I have another large appliance in need of repair I will be glad to call this company.

Our dishwasher stopped working so I called AAA Century to check it out. Called them on a Monday morning and the earliest appointment was Tuesday which was perfect for us. Matthew called Tuesday morning to let us know he was on his way. He showed up at the appointed time and was very nice and personable. He came in and got right to work. He found the problem right away and gave me a quote that was well below what I thought it was going to be. He started the project and was finished fairly quickly. While the dishwasher was running through it's test cycle we had a great conversation. We are now running our first load of dishes and are super excited that we will no longer have dishpan hands! While he was here I also had him check out the water line on our fridge because it was acting up. We pulled the fridge out and took a look. He gave me some pointers on how to fix it myself and also gave me some insights on LG appliances. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend AAA Century and especially Matthew to do the work.

i called first thing in the morning and made an appointment to have my washer looked at. they said a technician would be at my house between 1 and 4pm. the tech called a half hour before he was scheduled to be at the house. extremely polite and very professional. his name is Washington. i explained that the machine is about 10 years old and wanted to know if it was worth to have it fixed. He emediatly started to explain what it needed and the cost. i was not looking to spend a lot money to have it fixed and was wondering if I should just buy a new one. He explained the problems that the newer machines had and gave me suggestions on which models to look at. i was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the total experience. i decided to buy a new one but i have found a company that i would definitely use again.

The technician called to let me know that he was running early and could be at my home within 15 minutes if I was there. He was professional, friendly and fast. Absolutely great.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He was very clean and made sure to clean up any mess. He fixed the problem pretty quickly.

I called early in the morning and they scheduled the appointment the same day between 10am and 2pm. In the meantime I called the manufacturer and after over an hour on the phone I found out there was a recall on my oven. I called the office back to find out if they were an Elecrolux factory authorized service providerr. Although they were not, I decided to keep the appointment in the event it was a simple issue. Bruno called me at 1:50pm & told me he was on his way. He arrived, dismantled the panel, showed me what the problem was and put it back together to allow me to discuss it with the company that Electrolux authorized. I am heartily sorry that they could not take care of my recall issue. because they seemed to be honest, straight-forward and competent.

My dryer stopped drying my clothes. I called AAA Century and they were able to come out the same day. Bruno and his partner were very nice and professional. He told me that the heating element had stopped working, but he also explained to me that our dryer vents were very clogged and needed cleaning out to make sure the dryer would run efficiently. Two days later I called them because it seemed that the clothes were still coming out a little damp after running a full cycle. They came right back out again for no charge. They checked over everything very thoroughly. They didn't find any additional problems and the dryer has been working just fine ever since so perhaps it was a fluke issue, but they were very responsive to my call and that is very appreciated.

Washington (the technician) was punctual and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and quickly found the cause. He ordered the part and was back in the afternoon to install it. The refrigerator is back to normal and I saved myself at least $1500 in buying a new one.

matthew was excellent and friendly. he took his time and looked at both the appliances we had trouble with...and sadly we just moved into this house and the inspector never found anything wrong with the fridge and said the dryer only needed a $40 part...turns out both were wrong. matthew found the dryer would need about $200 to fix and advised us honestly that he can do it, but up to us whether worth the hassle versus getting a newer appliance since this was over 10 years old. also said the fridge would need quite an expensive repair but again, kindly advised whether worth the hassle now and recommended waiting and if got worse, then we can really look into it (repairing will be over $1000 and a new one costs around $8000). he was so nice and honest and refreshing that if we need anything, i wouldn't hesitate to call this company, and specifically him

AAA did a great job. We had previously had another appliance company for the same job and they really tried to stick it to us. That's when I joined Angies list and found AAA century. They did a great job and are very fair with pricing. I would highly recommend them
