My Main Control was broken. I was quoted $309.99 for Angie's List Members but decided to by a new oven. I can't see spending that on a 14 year old oven when I can get a new one for $200 more. The tech was courteous and efficient. I was only charged the service call for $19.99.

I was fortunate enough to have Washington as my appliance repairman. With out going into too many details he did a great job at a very reasonable price. After the first repair I continued to have a little trouble and returned quickly to get me up and running. Look no further, they do a great job!

From start to finish we had an excellent experience. Used Century once before, and was pleased with the results. When my washer went on the blink, I decided to have them fix the washer, and look at my Sub Zero which had multiple issues. Not all appliance repair companies work on Sub Zero, so I was happy they were able to. Washington, the service provider, was able to diagnose and repair the problem right away. He had to order some parts, but came back in a few days to finish the job. My Sub Zero is as good as new, and I saved thousands not having to purchase a new one. My washer is also as good as new!

I called on Monday and they came out that same day. They wrote up the parts that needed to be order and said they would call to schedule once the parts arrive in about two days. They called the next day and say the parts are in and scheduled to come out on Wed. Richard - the service man arrived and installed the new parts and show me a trail test run of the machine. I am very satisfied with the cost of the repairs and service I received.

I found this company as being an LG authorized service company. Further investigation showed they had great reviews on both Yelp and Angie's List. After calling and scheduling a service appointment for my office, they subsequently told me that they do not service business locations, only residences. It did not matter that it is not a retail location or that is is a small office of 5 people, AAA Century would not help me.

My Dryer stopped heating so I e-mailed AAA Appliance repair through Angie's list, I was promptly called and scheduled the same day, Richard came out and diagnosed a bad coil, 2 days later the part was in stock, Richard returned and completed the repair, very easy to work with and prompt, I would definitely use them again.

Richard was the repairman. He listened to my description of the problem and new instantly what the issue was. He had the part with him, replaced it, checked to make certain everything was working, cleaned up the area and was on his way. He even called back to check on a question. Richard was very knowledgeable and professional. I love the fact that AAA Century offered times with a 2 hour window unlike many companies that work on a 4 hour time window. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Worked like he said it would. Should I have another appliance issue, I will call this company first.

It went great! They were responsive to my date and time request and arrived within the specified window. The technician quickly figured out the problem and calibrated the oven so it is now correctly set. He showed me how to do this, should the need arise in the future. Price quoted was $50 less the $15 Angie's List discount.

The technician, Bruno, arrived early and proceeded to work on an older Maytag dishwasher and discovered a part that was faulty and would not allow the soap dispenser to operate. He was able to repair the part and the machine is now working well. He also adjusted the settings on our Amana refrigerator so that it now works more efficiently.His work was neat and professional and he explained things as he went along. We were pleased. We highly recommended this company.

AAA unfortunately does not service Samsung ranges, as I'm learning many local appliance companies do not. The difference? AAA was so kind as to refer me to another service provider who they knew was able to make the repairs. Class act, and very helpful.

They were great. The repair wasn't worth doing because it was going to cost too much. I ended up just purchasing a new one.

The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled a meeting for the same day. Rich came out a few hours later and after taking the dryer apart found that roller didn't need to be replaced but just lubricated. Saved me a bunch of money and I appreciate it. I'll call them again if I need appliance repair and I'll certainly recommend them. They also honored the Angies's list special.

Great contact with call to set up the appointment. The lady that took my call was very professional and worth whatever they pay her. Two technicians came...one was in training. They used logical steps to identify the issue and promptly corrected. Very professional, clean, in uniforms and had all the tools they needed. Work was done quickly and without any complaints. Very happy with the service...will use in the future if the need occurs!

2/23As a landlord I am always trying to find reputable providers who are not only honest, and affordable but responsive. I received calls from 2 of my tenants regarding a defrosting fridge and a stove with a non working burner. I called AAA Century Appliance this morning at 8:30 and by 11 a technician by the name of Kevin was calling regarding the fridge. He found the issue with the defrost timer, explained it simply and thoroughly and gave me a great price on replacing the part. Within an hour he had fixed the fridge and was calling about the stove top. Kevin gave me an honest opinion that the unit should be replaced, which I appreciated! He only charged me for a service call! I loved how efficient the technical was and how responsive the company was in sending some one out quickly especially with this being 12/23....

My clothes dryer was turning on but would not produce any heat. I scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour window and the technician (Bruno) called approx 30 minute before arrival and was on time. Bruno was very professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He had the repair parts on his truck and was able to get the dryer fixed in less then one hour. I also felt the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call again for future service.

Timely, courteous, honest and professional!

They came fast. The service was fine. They advertised a $19 special, which was a little unclear because when they came over and I asked them about the $19 special, which sounded way too low for a guy to come out here. I never got an answer that I understood. They were very straight and very efficient. Everything is fine. They’re very nice people.

I have had them out a couple of times. I recommended them to my daughter who had her dryer fixed, she was happy and she recommended them to a friend and she liked them as well. He did not double his prices due to my location and I was happy the refrigerator was able to be fixed. They were reliable, on time and very good. They only charged a $20 service call and then charged for the repairs.
