Scheduling of a service call was handled in a courteous and efficient manner. The technician(Richard) called before he arrived at the appointed time. Technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Repair was completed quickly. Technician told me what the problem was, what caused it and how to prevent future occurrences. I was quite satisfied with the entire experience.

Tech was on time & polite & professional. Took him about 5 minutes to find the problem and another half hour to make the repair. He also did routine maintenance on the rest of the unit and showed me some ways to keep the problem from recurring.

Flawless from start to finish. Washington called me while on-site to explain the issue and its resolution. As an out-of-town landlord, their prompt and efficient service puts them at the top of my list for future service calls.

Richard was very professional and nice. I have a 15 yr old side by side refrigerator and the freezer was leaking water onto my floor among other things. After thoroughly looking it over he determined that it was not repairable. He kindly gave me his recommendations on a new refrigerator. I would definitely use this company again in the future. You can't beat the $19.99 service charge. Also, when I called the office to make an appointment the office was closed due to computer upgrades. So I made an appointment online on their website for the next day. The next morning a representative called me to confirm the appointment. Great customer service!

It started badly and ended well. I originally sent a message to book an appointment using Angie's List. I did not hear back from the service provider until several days later. "We apologize for the delayed response, however, your message was not forwarded to our inbox, but instead to our spam folder. We have made the setting corrections with Angie's List for all incoming messages and apologize for any inconvenience." I proceeded to call them and book my appointment. I was given an window of time from 9AM to 1PM. I was told they would call me 1 hr before coming over. The day by noon I had not gotten a call. So I called them to follow up. They apologized they had failed to book my appointment correctly. They offered to wave the $19.99 fee and reschedule. The day of the 2nd appointment Richard their repairman showed off. He was great and if it was not because of Richard I think I would have rated this experience a big F but Richard saved the day. He was polite friendly and gave me a 50% discount.

When I called to make the appointment, the scheduler was courteous and even offered to have someone come sooner than I was asking for. Also, she explained the cost of the service call, and what would happen in the case where services were/were not performed. Bottom line, it would only cost $19.99 to have someone come check it out and, if I had them repair the dishwasher, the $19.99 would be deducted from the total repair cost. The repairman arrived exactly as scheduled, and turned on the dishwasher in order to hear the noise. As luck would have it, it did not make the noise it has made the last several times I've done a load of dishes. He stayed for about 20 minutes, but no luck. He then explained that it would either be the drain plug or the motor (more likely based on my complaint), and he would have to order the motor if that were the culprit. He then gave me his direct number to call if needed, which I appreciated, and left me an estimate for replacing the motor. During the visit, he was polite and professional. I paid the $19.99, and he was on his way. The only reason I didn't give an "A" all around was that when I went to load dishes that night, the dishwasher door practically came off the hinges. Apparently, something was not re-attached properly (I wasn't even aware anything had been detached as I was working in my home office while the assessment was being done). And so, my unhappy husband had to spend time securing the panel underneath the machine. Everything else was great - as advertised - as expected for an "A" rated provider. Service call cost can't be beat. I will call them back if the problem persists.

Very easy to make an appointment, came same or next day, don't remember. Very professional person, reviewed the appliance. They ordered the needed part and came back and fixed it. There was a problem weeks later and they came back and fixed it for only $20. Would use again.

It appeared I was having problems with my dryer once again. AAA Century came right out and checked everything out for me. As it turned out all was ok and has been fine since it was checked. Was worth the call for piece of mind. I found this company on Angie's List and used them before so did not hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend AAA Century. I was able to get a same day appointment on the day I called, and the technician (Washington) was great. He called to let me know he was running behind, and because he was a few minutes late, waived the cost of the visit, even though he spent 45 minutes working on my unit. He went through trouble shooting, and was very patient in explaining potential issues and the technical details. He also went through my options, and was honest in his recommendations that an old unit was probably not worth sinking a lot of money into, which I really appreciated.

We just purchased a home and the ice maker was not working, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Although it took several visits because they did not have the parts with them when they came, the service was punctual, fairly priced and service personnel were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

In January 2015 I had repair work done on my washing machine. All went well. In May I had the same technician come out to check my dryer. The part needed was discontinued. I contacted the manufacturer and they helped me find a refurbished part on line. I called AAA Century to make an appointment to install the used part and told them I did not expect any guarantee on the part or their work as I was supplying my own used part. Then never returned my repeated phone calls or e-mails.

Amazing First Richard called as promised 30 minutes before arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me that the parts need to be ordered and it should only take a few days. He also advised that their "LG" certified specialist would be doing the repair. After the parts came in I received a call to schedule the repair. Within 1 day Washington came out to replace the compressor. Although I will never purchase a LG appliance again, AAA Century did a great job. They were professional, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I called the company and was able to secure an appointment the same day. The technician Claudio called within the time window and informed me he would at my house in 30 minutes. He arrived right on time. He listened to what issues I have been having and did some testing of my refrigerator. He suggested replacing a less expensive part before going for the other part. It worked he even stayed for a little while to be sure the unit was actually cooling. I am pleased with them because I did not loose as much food with their quick response.

They called first thing Monday morning from a Sunday call to make appointment. LG recommended them for my LG refrigerator repair work. The appointment was for later that day. Bruno arrived on time. He listened to me describe the problem patiently. He set immediately about finding the problem. He checked the computer, the switches and compartments. He checked the motors. He checked the seals for leaks and also the door alignments. All were ok. It was determined the doors were not being closed properly every time by us. He showed me how even though the doors looked closed they may still be open. The air was entering and causing the refrigerator to form condensation. With the doors not closed the lights may go out but may still be open to allow air to enter and the fans to not function. It allowed ice to melt as well from the ice maker. He showed me how to watch the seals for future wear. He was polite and patient and HONEST. He was informative and helpful. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I feared the worst and received the best advice and service. I will tell all my friends and would not hesitate to use AAA Century again.

Very pricey!!! The repair of the stove top was fine but very expensive. The refrigerator ice maker was not repaired . I was charged an initial diagnostic fee . But the second time he came to repair I was charges a second diagnostic fee for something they should have seen on the first time they did the diagnostic visit!

My fridge is broken. After reading positive reviews I booked a service call at 9AM 5/4/15. The call was scheduled between 3.00-7.00PM. I confirmed with the office that I would be home awaiting for the service call. I also stated I would be on conference calls all day and asked for a 30 minute notice when the repair tech would be arriving. The tech called at 4.37 and left a message, while I was on a conference call. I returned the call ASAP at 4.57. The tech did not return my call and was a no show. very unprofessional considering I confirmed I would be home waiting for the tech to arrive.

Same day appt. Gave me a window and then checked to see if I had any conflicts. Contacted me about 20 minutes before arrival. Very professional. Answered questions.

Washington diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes of his arrival. It didn't take very long for him to install the new part, and my refrigerator is working like a charm. I was so afraid that I was going to have to buy a new refrigerator, but Washington saved the day. He's very professional, efficient and pleasant. After being ripped off so many times by other appliance service companies, I think I finally struck gold!
