Polite, Friendly and do not try to upsell you. They actually came the same day as I filled out the forms here on this website. The day before I got a quote to replace my sliding glass for and it was $4000 dollars. Doorproblems said that maybe I could fix it but a whole new door would have been $1695. They arrived, fix my door and cleaned up afterwards. They installed some new wheels and my door is better than it has ever been. I will be hiring them again soon to replace my windows. They literally saved me $3805. My sliding glass door was from the 1960's and now it moves just as good as a brand new one. I give them the highest recommendation, It's so refreshing to meet people that actually care about how much money you spend.

Great service I would definitely recommend them but when I needed to call them on a Friday afternoon it was a little bit hard to reach them. But they made up for it with such great service.
