Leonard himself does the cleaning so you know you're going to get a great job. He was on time, lets you know what hes going to do and was quick and thorough. He does a 3 step process which I've not had anyone else do. My carpet looked like brand new, wasn't saturated and dried quickly. I've hired other companies and thought they did angood job but now I know differently. I will definitely hired Leonard again and reccommend him to others.

The owner is extremely accommodating. We had special needs and he went out of his way to assist us and did so in a very timely manner. In fact we were so impressed that we already hired him to do something else.I would recommend this company without reservation. He left an hour ago amd I have already recommended him to someone else. Glad I read all the previous reviews. Lenny was everything everybody said he was: he was phenomenal with his callback time (literally minutes after I submitted my online request); he was great with keeping me informed of schedule dates and times; he was very friendly and professional from the moment I greeted him at my front door; he was a very hard worker; and his post-job follow up call to make sure that everything met my expectations was the icing on the cake. Oh, and the carpets look great, too! Highly, highly recommend him to do your carpet/tile/upholstry cleaning. I will absolutely be rehiring him for future projects.

Owner was very professional Explain all the work that he was going to do. He clean my couch, love seat and four bedrooms. Best carpet cleaning company that I have ever used will definitely use him again highly recommend.

Leonard was everything I had already ready read about upon selecting his services. He was on time. Very nice and pleasant from beginning to end. Took his time but in a good careful way. Was very organized and cleaned up well as the job went along until it was finished. The job is still drying but from what I’ve inspected, it looks great. As soon as he left we notified a good friend and suggested she call him when ready to use him. Like I said, he was everything I had already read about upon choosing him. The only other thing I can add would be that he went way out of his way and came and did the job on Memorial Day. Now that’s going above and beyond! Thanks Leonard.

Lenny did a 10 star job in all aspects, but I could only rate up to 5. His professionalism and work were many times better than two other companies I contracted with over the last 3 years for carpet cleaning. Plus Lenny is a fine gentleman- he’s got our business! George McColloch

I think Lennie went above and beyond our original request by doing an additional chore. He was very pleasant to have clean my carpets. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to my friends.

Lenny was a real gem. High quality workmanship at a very reasonable price. He really takes pride in his work. We even had him back to clean our tile and grout in two rooms and hallways. The place looks beautiful. He has our highest recommendation and we will not consider anyone else in the future.

Len Alese does excellent work, explains the entire process, prepared an invoice, was timely, courteous, pleasant. My floors didn't look this good when my house was a new build 3 years ago. I'll definitely use Len again!

Lenny was quite timely both in coming to give an estimate and in doing the work. His expertise and training were evident in his explanation of what was needed and how he would progress through the tasks. He cleaned the carpets after vacuuming, cleaned several pieces of furniture and then cleaned porcelain tile and grout adding a sealer for the grout. He brought someone to assist but he did the actual cleaning. Everything looks fantastic and his method led to quicker drying. Also, a true gentleman.
