I am a lifelong contractor and teach contractors. Kivo is the most professional, old school, hard working, go the extra mile contractor I've seen in 35 years. If you knew me you would not believe I am writing this review. Extraordinary team and he should receive a contractors PhD in running what is a fairly complex company with lots of moving parts. Had to do things we never discussed to make it work and he just did them. Most importantly they took up our entire concrete driveway all of the papers that we had to the front door and replaced the entire thing in 3 days.

Kivo was quick to answer my call. I listened to his recommendations . He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and set the plan in motion. The team of workers were polite and knew what they had to do and did it. They were fast and got the job done in record time. I even asked them to do more than what we first talked about and they still got the job done in 3 days. I would recommend Kivo to anyone. Very very satisfied.

In the process, the hardest thing was connecting, but that was due to office folk being out, and Kivo having other projects. It was not a long wait by any stretch. They do need to clear their phone messages so new ones can be left. But, I would hire them in a heartbeat.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. That is how satisfied I am with the work they did installing 3 paver patio areas. Kivo was extremely responsive when I requested a quote. Within an hour he as at my location discussing options and offering advice (which I am very happy I listened to him). His guys showed up on time and did an incredible job. Their crew does not mess around, they got right to the job and worked as hard as I have ever seen anyone work and they were very pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. EDIT: THIS PROJECT WAS DONE IN CLEARWATER. I live full time in Ohio.

I have one tree removed, an avocado tree , and then I had some limbs trimmed which were over on my fence line of the property that was a black oak tree very big. Tree work is never cheap I'm glad for the peace of mind that I had it done by them they did a good job.

Guys do good work. Easy to talk to. Just have to make sure they listen to your needs and be there while they work. Other than that, they did a great job!

KIVO was contacted from Home Advisor and he came promptly and gave the best bid out of three companies. His crew came on time and were very professional. While he did not bring large equipment, (Equipment would not fit easily in the property) the crew did an excellent job of both cutting the trees as well as the cleanup necessary.

Kivo was very fast at responding to my requests and also fast in completed it. His crew were very efficient and polite.

Best contractor experience ever! Not only the best of four bids,but he did a lot than the contract called for. Would not hesitate to hire them again!

This was for tree removal. Still deciding whether to do concrete. Jose is great and I really appreciated his customer service, personality, and readiness to work. Easy to schedule and really happy I hired him, even though there were issues with the work. Jose mostly fixed the damage to my gate, after the crew dropped a tree on it. He was happy to have it fixed and took care of it quickly. Although it is not as good as new and you can still tell that it was damaged (fence not level and scratches on panels), it is mostly fine.

Kivo and his crew exceeded my expectations. They worked so hard . The house we bought needed a lot of yard work and clean up. It looks beautiful now.

I felt duped. I paid for 60 plants and got 47. I asked for plants that did not need watering and appropriate for sun light. Sun plants were planted in the shade and shade plants were planted planted in sun. I got hibiscus tree they are diseased, one is already dead. I paid extra for weed barrier and they did not put any in the front flower beds. They took down my fence to place pavers and never placed the fence back even asking several times for follow up; and now they wont return my calls to get the barrier in and deliver more plants. At first they were very friendly and I have experienced the opposite of how they present themselves.

Quick and friendly, great work, and I will be using them again for future projects. Be prepared to pay cash or check, though, because they are not tech friendly. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10!

The team was on time and did a great job on the trees and the cleanup.

I wrote a check by mistake for a lot more then what was agreed upon and realize a few min after the crew left and I called Kivo and he return the check and I did not have to a stop payment. He and his crew are very honest. I plain on having them maintain my garden all though the year. Julie

I contacted Kivo and he came over to give me an estimate the same day. He had his guys here working on the paver installation right away and they finished the same day. We ran into a problem with the sprinkler line, but he had a sprinkler guy come and fix it within a few hours. He is reliable and his team does a great job

I contacted Kivo and he came out the same day and gave me an estimate to remove a wood sidewalk and replace with pavers. We agreed to a day to start and a price of 1700 dollars. He showed up with two of his employees on the agreed time. His men started at 730 and completed the work at 1200. They were professional in every sense of the word. The sidewalk is beautiful and well worth the money. I highly recommend him.

They put a superior underlayment of concrete under the pavers. The fit of the pavers is flawless. My brother-in-law hires contractors all the time and was saying how great a job they did. This is going to last a long time. We love it and are really enjoying the beautiful patio and firepit!!! I have recommended them to neighbors and good friends who also use them. Highly recommend whatever Jose says! Go with it!

Great job

Removed existing sidewalk and planter and installed pavers. Installed pavers on existing patio and removed section of sidewalk and installed pavers to ramp up to the new patio. All work was performed per our signed contract. Would recommend them for future work.
