Kivo Lawn Property Maintenance

The majority of my project was repair work. Most of the paver contractors I spoke to were more interested in new work. Kivo was happy to help with my repairs. Turned out great.

Hired this company for paver repair. Kivo (the owner) gave me a very good price for the job and his crew did a wonderful job on my paver driveway! They also did a great job on the cleanup afterwards. A very professional company for sure and my husband and I would hire them again, for any services they offer.

Does great work, on time and as promised

Jose and his crew were very professional, prompt and their work was impeccable. The jobsite was left clean every day and I am very satisfied with their attention to detail and workmanship. I would gave Kivo 10 stars if I could!

They came fast and did the work right away. They took out some old Shrubbery and replaced it with new plants and shrubs. They also install some new bushes in my backyard. He was. Not the lowest estimate but they did the job fast and right. No complaints.

I hired Kivo to trim a hedge of whisperia. I asked the owner to trim down to 2 feet tall. His crew came out and on Friday 12/9/22 and did exactly what I had asked them to do. when I need stuff done around my house outside I wouldn't hesitate to use Kivo for the job. it is so hard to find work crews who do exactly what you want them to do almost impossible. but Kivo makes it possible. Kivo showed up on time for the estimate and gave us a fair price on n the spot. He had pictures and video of his quality of work n which we were impressed. 3 days later they were here to do the job and it came out great. They hauled away all the debris and cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company.

The money was sent back to me

KIVO did an excellent job cutting down and taking out a tree and big stump in my yard. He also trimmed a dozen 20 ft tall shrubs to an attractive height. He was on time, cleaned up totally and communicated throughout with me. The crew (4) and KIVO were exceptionally quick, efficient, kind and all dressed in red company shirts. I highly recommend KIVO and will use his services again in the future. Pricing and time it took to complete my job were also appropriate.

He does not return calls. His voicemail is always full. He did not respond to texting. No help after he finished. We had questions that were not answered and issues. We would not recommend him.

They knocked down 2 very tall Queen Ann Palms, ground up the pieces and were gone in about 1.5 hours.
