Kivo landscaping is a very proffesional company.I recommend it .He did my patio and driveway pavers .Also all the sod in my yards.

Projects - Installed a level brick shed pad that was on an incline. Also power washed and sealed pavers around pool & patio. Kivo and his team were easy to work with. Quality workmanship and products used, clean work area & arrived on time. It looks great. I will definitely call Kivo again and recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

The team worked almost continuously until the job was done. It was extremely hot and I was amazed at how fast they worked.

I had a small paver patio installed. They were very responsive, guided me on design & product selection. Reasonable price and very communicative. They were even able to squeeze in my small project more than a week ahead of schedule. So happy with end result & would recommend.

I have 4 sections 3' from the outside wall of my villa about 64'total. One of these sections needed some suitable foliage for the amount of sun, soil, etc. My choices of plants did poorly. I hired a "professional" landscaper recommended by Angi. One problem was a communication but Kivo did say he'd make it look nice. I thought I got across I wanted plants in that area that would thrive. The word "mulch" never came up but recently I put in some myself and had an extra bag laying out. He showed up June 8th with 8 small plants (five of which were flowering). None of my existing plants were flowering and I didn't ask for any. Also, he put on 30 bags of mulch which I didn't need or ask for. He didn't know any of the names of the plants, they're not doing well and he gave me no receipt. I think the charge of $1100.00 was outrageous.

Great company to work with Had lots of issues with well not getting water. They brought in the right people got everything fixed. Last person I hired took the deposit never saw him again Worked very hard did a beautiful job cleaned all gardens installed new plants pruned the others. All gardens were mulched. Left the areas neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My home is located on a storm water pond. One side of the lot showed evidence of land erosion. Kivo offered a solution I could afford & he took the initiative to have a crew ready to do the work the very next day while pond water level was low enough to build the concrete wall on dry land. Job was perfect & erosion halted in nick of time before an all day rain storm the very next day & into the week. So grateful for Kivoâ s help! The 2-man crew was great; worked very hard all day in the heat & cleaned up everything afterwards. Super company!

Paver walk from the sidewalk to the street in my front yard. I asked for and never received an invoice/receipt for the job. I text them over and over and never got a response. Something fishy hereâ ¦.. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was very good.

Kivo Lawn Propery Maintenance is very customer oriented. They will do whatever you ask them to do. Prices are fair. Jose who trimmed my back hedges did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. Kivo, the owner is very easy to work with and very personable. You won't be disappointed. Will use them for future needs.

Kivo was quick and efficient. They were able to squeeze me in since I was desperate to get rid of the dirt and roots in my backyard because my dog was getting sick from eating them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using their services for future projects!

They are honest, professional, and hard-working craftsmen - landscapers who show up when they say they will, charge fair and reasonable prices, get the job done in the amount of time they tell you they will. They did wonderful work. I had them trim trees, replace sod, plant bushes and flowers, clean out my gutters, and even do repair work on my paver driveway and walkway.
