Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay

The whole experience went extremely well. We were very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of Aaron, the owner, John Starling, a supervisor, and Tim, the crew leader. The process started in late January with John Starling providing an estimate for their services. He was on time and spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the work to be done and preparing a detailed estimate. We were impressed with the pricing as it was less than two other estimates we had received. Later, we found there was some additional work we wanted to have Integrity provide. John promptly came out and adjusted the estimate. Integrity recommended a certain paint. We found wanted to use a different paint, and they were very flexible in doing that. They scheduled us for February 23rd and came out right at the time they indicated they would be here. Tim and his crew of Albert and Mike were very friendly and helpful. They finished with all of the preparation work the first day. The whole job was completed within 5 days and was very thorough. There were a couple of items we identified after completion and they promptly came out and fully addressed them. In summary, we were extremely pleased with our experience with Integrity Finishes and would not hesitate to use them again.

Estimate was done in a timely manner that was agreeable to both of us. After I accepted the bid (one of three) we worked around my part time work schedule. The painter was here on time both days and the work was done in a very professional manner. It is a very messy job and lots of time was spent covering everything in plastic and closing off the other rooms. The first day the walls were prepped and the texture was applied. He did an excellent job of cleaning everything up. The second day was painting two coats of paint on the walls and the trim. Again, everything was cleaned up. I was very pleased with the job done and everyone who has been here since has commented on it. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Our experience with Integrity Finishes was extremely disappointing and expensive! Aaron, the owner, was initially very responsive and assured us his company could complete the work within our time frame. While the estimate was quite a bit higher than that of other companies, it appeared that they were going to be much more thorough in their work and on that basis we decided to move forward. I could write a lengthy review of all of the problems we encountered with Integrity Finishes, but suffice it to say that their work was incomplete, lacked attention to detail, and required multiple follow-up visits with some of the work still left undone as of this date.

They came out and estimated the job quickly. Then got us scheduled in 2 weeks. Larry & Cody arrived ontime and worked for 3 days to complete the job. They corrected all drywall cracks and nail holes. The end result was flawless. I will use them again when needed.

They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

It went great! From the estimate visit to the completion of job, everything went as planned. Very professional crew, clean and competent; we have very high ceilings throughout the house, and they were not challenged by that! John gave us the estimate and supervised the process, Josh and his crew came on time everyday - he would tell me everyday what would be done the following day. Very reliable and receptive to my requests. We requested that our old fireplace mantel be removed as well, and paid a reasonable additional fee for that, so the wall could be painted. They finish the job on the day we agreed. We are very satisfied with the painting job! Thank you John and Josh for the wonderful results!

Very smoothly and we were well pleased.

This was a seven day job that I wanted to have completed within a very specific date range due to my schedule. When I was given a guarantee that the work could be completed within my timeframe, i was somewhat skeptical but on the final, agreed upon date, the crew left my house at 3:00pm with all contracted work completed to my satisfaction including 10 extra man hours of wallpaper removal. Each morning, the workers arrived at or before 7:30 and put in 8+ hour days with very little break time. All workers were polite and courteous and were very accommodating. The first two days involved popcorn removal and texturing the ceiling. When that process was completed, the wall painting started. Drywall was patched, walls were prepared and paint applied. In closets, shelving was removed for the walls to be painted then reinstalled. All doors and trim were brush painted including the slatted closet doors. While I had many people work on my job, I was very impressed with the team that was doing the walls and detail work. Steve, Chris, Clay and Ande were "top notch." They were professional, self-motivated and pleasant. They were very responsive to my questions and requests for small touch ups. They were respectful of my home and I knew that the quality of the finished product was very important to each of them. The quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay to anyone.

He was on time and pretty nice, very professional .

This is our second time using this company. Two years ago they did an outstanding job painting the entire interior of our home. When we decided to do the outside, we had competitive bids, and Integrity was right there with a great bid. This, combined with our prior positive experience, made it easy to choose Aaron and his team again. The did great work and the house looks brand new. HIGHLY recommended.

Arrived on time as scheduled. reviewed the job description and began to prep the area(s) that needed to be painted. Completed the job in a few hours as stated. Clean up was done properly and left the house looking sharp.

The painters were prompt, courteous and professional. They removed random screws and nails & filled them in before painting. A few weeks later I had to replace the plate that holds the garden hose to the house and when I removed it I found that the painters had obviously removed it, painted behind the plate and then reattached the plate. Was very relieved I wouldn't have to repaint anything after I replaced it.

Home was painted well. Supervisor (Bill) was extremely nice and double checked that the house was painted well. The pool deck was painted very good. They did a very good job, but I would recommend some members of their crew to work on communication with the customers more. I would hire them again.

John came out to survey the proposed project. He was very nice and we talked about at length about their work with wood stains. I told him I wanted to use TWP 100 for the stain. He later called back that day to tell me that, according to the manufacturer directions, new decks would have to wait one year before staining with TWP 100. However, I looked it up and TWP says 4-12 months before staining. Of course how long you wait depends on the climate. Since we live in Florida and the deck is out in direct sunlight after four months the deck was showing signs of drying. For example, popping nails, cracks in the wood, signs of cupping, graying of the wood, and etc. We had other companies and the contractor who built our deck come out and tell us to stain this deck ASAP. So, I contacted John to tell him about TWP 4-12 months readiness for staining and that we will select his company for the job. He agreed. The next day I received an email from Aaron containing a proposal that included price and materials. We asked what warranty was there and he replied that there was none since TWP says to wait 4-12 months before staining new decks and that my deck does not fall within that safety area so therefore my deck does not qualify for a warranty. We also asked for a contract and he replied that we don't need one. The signed proposal is enough. Where we needed to sign it explicitly states that we approve the terms, specification, and price. We authorize you to draw up all necessary contract documents so work can begin. I replied with that we have been burned in the past for not having a binding contract written and would respectfully request one containing a stated warranty, assurances of quality, itemized list of costs for materials and labor, step by step application process of the stain, start date for the project and approximate ending date, and assurances of payment to subcontractors if used all to be stated on a binding contract. Aaron replied that they don't think its necessary to write up contracts for jobs less than $10,000. His last email to me stated that it is clearly too early to stain my deck so a warranty cannot be given and they had canceled my order and declined the job. Aaron's earlier excuse for no warranty was that TWP says wait 4-12 months to stain a deck with TWP. Then says my over 4 month old deck is not ready to be stained? He also never saw the deck himself. Was it the warranty excuse or the written contract request he had a problem with? Pretty shady to me.

I have nothing but great things to say about Integrity Finishes. First off, the painting itself was excellent. The painters clearly took pride in their work and it showed. That being said, there were also some other things that really stood out. There were always and plenty of painters on site working on any given day (3-4). This made the process go much faster. They were quiet, neat, polite...just nice people. It made it much easier to have them in my house all day. Also, I live on a quiet street in South Tampa and parking is a bit tight! All the painters parked in places that didn't block my neighbors or traffic and they were quiet & neat (read: not leaving trash, no blaring music at 7am). Lastly, and this is really important, anything issue that came up was resolved quickly and easily and no one ever acted like it was a problem. I really appreciated the awesome paint job and the professional manner of the painters. I will definitely use Integrity Finishes again and recommend to others.

Aaron showed up on time in a nice van with the Integrity logo painted on it. He was very professional during our initial walk around and actually walked out to the van, got on his laptop, and provided a professional quote along with his contractors license and insurance information, including Angies List reviews in approx. 10 minutes. No waiting for an email 3 days later as with other contractors or having to ask for a copy of license and insurance information. The first day the house, patio and driveway were pressure cleaned. The second day the house was primed and sealed and two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience Paint was applied. The third day the patios and front door were painted. Alex did the final touch up work and stayed after hours to make sure I was pleased with the final job. The only issue that arose during the entire job was when the painter shut the breaker off to the AC unit while painting in the area. He forgot to turn the breaker back on and when I got home from work late in the day the house temp was approaching 90 degrees and my two Dachshunds were in distress. I turned the breaker back on and let the crew know what had happened. I also called Aaron to make payment and also let him know about the incident. He agreed that it could have been a critical mistake and he would call his employee and find out why turning the AC back on was overlooked. I never got a call back but I assume Aaron followed up to make sure that never happens again. I do want to say that all of the windows were covered all day during the painting process, my dogs were locked in the house and weren't barking. The crew probably forgot there were pets inside. Regardless, I was upset about the incident and glad there was no serious harm done. The bottom line is people make mistakes, but I am satisfied with the overall job and would hire this contractor again based on the final product and overall quality of work.

Excellent from start to finish! Met with Aaron, he provided an estimate and detailed the work to be done. I agreed to proceed and got the job scheduled. Chris and Rafael, the painters, arrived promptly on the scheduled date. They were very professional and did an excellent job paying attention to details and cleaning up after themselves. I was very happy with quality of the work, would definitely use Integrity again and highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I had an initial meeting with Aaron a few weeks back and he was right on time. He walked me through the entire process and was able to provide me a quote later that same day. I set up a time for them to perform services 3 weeks in the future and they again arrived on time as stated. Bill did the work in the unit and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was done on time and did an outstanding job. Thanks again Aaron and Bill!!!!

Perfect Brian the foreman did a wonderful job. Lots of little pieces in corners with hard angles and he made it look easy. It was a lot of work. The crew showed up on time and worked all day cleaning up EVERYTHING each day. Aaron the owner was very easy to work with. They had 2 really good painters Gary and Mike. However the key in my mind was Brian, a very hard working guy. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. There was an issue with one room and they came right back out. They showed up on time, there were very polite and I was very pleased with them.

They did an excellent job even with challenges of height of the house. Very meticulous on taping off and detailing areas.
