Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay

I contacted Integrity Finishes in attempt to salvage our botched kitchen remodeling project. Cabinet contractor abandoned us after building and installing custom cabinets with absolutely horrible paint job and refused to answer our calls to fix it. Unlike many other contractors we had in our house working on that project, Integrity Finishes remained professional from beginning to the end. They did high quality job they promised at estimation, showed up on the job exactly on time and days they promised and completed in the time frame they promised. Job site was carefully sealed from the rest of the house and there was not a drop of paint where it was not supposed to be. They managed to precisely match color we needed and all painted surfaces look factory made. Very pleased with overall experience and work they performed. Kitchen now looks like it should look - brand new.

The Company was professional from the moment i called them. They came out and provided an estimate, and then a 2nd time when I changed the scope of the work and we were a bit concerned over matching the color. The appointment was established, they called a day in advance and were prompt in arrival. We had a two person crew for a one day job including materials. They did an expert job in taping everything off to protect our crown molding, furniture, oriental rugs etc.. Any issues were handled promptly and I had absolutely no concerns about their knowledge, their skill or their ability to complete the job on time. We coordinated lunch schedules so we could both leave at the same time. The job was completed to my satisfaction. They cleaned everything up, moved all furniture back and the paint leftover may be used at a later time. I think this was a small job for them, but our upstairs will need work someday, or we may decide to change colors so I would expect to give them a shot at the work if they were interested. I would strongly recommend them for interior work.

The entire job went very smoothly. It had to be done in a certain time window to fit with other contractors. Most of the work was completed the first day by a team of 6+ workers. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. Clay was an excellent foreman and very easy to work with as he easily accomplished all our requests in a very professional, personable, and efficient manner. We will certainly call them first for any of our future painting needs.

Called on the week of October 9th. Aaron answered the phone, and came out the following Wednesday (14th). I was emailed a proposal by the end of the day. I had called and emailed Aaron a few times to ask follow up questions before moving forward. Aaron was always responsive. On October 20th I advised we wanted to move forward. Aaron scheduled us for theweek of 11/16. Crew arrived on 11/16 between 7 & 8 AM . They were professional, polite, and courteous & introduced themselves with a hand shake. They asked if it would be ok if they showed up every day around 7 AM. I have had horrible experiences with contractors in the past showing up at random times. However, this crew showed up on-time every day. They also met every projected milestone to get individual items completed. We started with thein-law suite and guest bath. Crew was done with this work in 4 days. This partof the job was roughly $3K. The main kitchen was started on Thursday, and they worked on Friday, Monday, and finished on Tuesday. .Cody & Josh worked bothjobs. There was a 3rd crew member on both jobs, I don't recall the name of that individual on the 1st job. But on the 2nd job we had Cody, Josh & John.They were all punctual, polite & professional. Throughout the project they seemed to tackle it as if it were their own house. Paying attention to detail,and being considerate of our home and schedule. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

John came out the day after I called to give me an estimate for the work to be done. He was very professional and honest about how things would look, particularly regarding ceiling damage that had been done. The estimate was under any others I received, but was the most thorough. On the first day of painting, Mike and a crew of 3-4 others came out to begin repairs and start painting. They arrived on time and I don't feel that they wasted a minute of the day. Upon their arrival, I added a hallway and an additional wall. I was told I would only be charged for the time and materials at the rate that was clearly listed on my estimate. I was very pleased with this information and had them do the extra work. The work took 2 days, with 4 people the first day and Mike came back alone the second day. I was impressed that the company sent only the number of people really necessary to complete the work, when I probably wouldn't have known any better had they sent 2 or 3 people the second day. I was not able to be home at the end of the job, and Mike said that payment by phone would be no problem. However, when I arrived back at the house, I discovered that a couple of the large patch jobs had not been properly textured before painting. I called Aaron and he arranged for Mike to come back the next morning. Mike came back and apologized that they hadn't completely finished the job, but didn't charge me any additional time for the several hours he was at my home on the 3rd day. I highly recommend Integrity Finishes for any interior painting work. They are a class act!

Overall, the project went extremely well. Repairs were made to crumbling stucco and rotted trim boards around exterior doors. The crew showed up on time every day and got right to work. They also cleaned up at the end of every work day, and did a thorough cleaning at the end of the job. My only regret is using the concrete stain on the pool deck that was recommended. While the deck was beautifully painted, it is now peeling and flaking. I wish I had gone with my gut and had them apply Kool Deck instead (this is more an issue with the product than the provider!).

This is the second time we have hired integrity finishes and we were really pleased with their speed, work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail. Several times they went above and beyond to make our home look like new. I even asked them to help move and rehang a 200 lb mirror and all their guys helped us out without batting an eye. Would totally recommend them to anyone and we have done. Very satisfied.

Very good. The person at the store was corteours and knowledgeable and was able to advise us on the best paint to use. The final result, once the paint was applied, was excellent and well worth the price.

The quality wasn't as I'd expected and I had to call back painter to redo some areas. The exterior walls weren't prepped adequately where pipes were removed before painting. Two light sensors that turn lights on and off were painted over so that they could no longer detect sunlight or darkness. Bulbs were not replaced in outdoor fixtures. Although we discussed what was to be painted, some of what I know we discussed was not in the contract and I didn't read it closely enough to realize it had not been included. I had to renegotiate additional work at an additional price. The garage door that was painted is now rusting and it's only been 9 months. It was not convenient or expected that I would have to perform the quality control of the finished work myself and have to follow up and assure that corrections were made. I thought I paid Integrity Finishes to check the quality of their own work and resent having had to do it myself. As an update, although the work was done in November, I just now found the light sensor and $20 LED bulb that was removed and not noticed until the vendor left the premises. The bulb and sensor was found underneath the front landscaping. Apparently they removed it to paint, dropped it and never found it and put it back. This was worth about $35. When I found it this month (August 2015), it was corroded and unusable. This is evidence of very careless work.

Integrity was terrific. Because of personal issues I needed to postpone at the last minute. They were very understanding. We rescheduled and they started on time. I also added a third color (to a few of the trim pieces). Finished earlier than we thought. Very professional crew.

Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay did an excellent job with painting our two-story home. The painters showed up each day at 7:30 am and completed the entire house in about a week. The price was excellent compared to the the other estimates. I would definitely recommend Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay for your interior and/or exterior painting projects.

This was the second time they came to our house. As before, they were punctual, efficient and professional. They finished everything in two working days and we were very pleased with the service provided. Thank you John, for installing our fireplace mantel! We loved everything.

Painter was professional and good! Job description was poorly written and did not describe the work as requested. Painting took <4 hours.

From the salesperson to the painters they were awesome! The quote was fair and John walked the perimeter of our house with us to let us know exactly what we needed and the start date of services. Josh, the foreman, arrived on time and was very respectful and efficient. He kept us up to date about the project. Josh and Tony were awesome! They are great painters and took time to make sure the job was done right! They cleaned up after themselves and walked us around the job to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

Albert was OUTSTANDING! HE is a professional who is also a person who stops at nothing to do it right. He almost single handed completed the entire job. I would hire Integrity Finishes again in a heart beat. We are completely satisfied with the job Albert and Integrity Finished provided.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Delivered as advertised in terms of quality, timing, price, etc... Great customer service, very professional staff. I would highly recommend these guys!

they told me they would need four days to do the work, but they finished in two. i think this resulted in them applying paint when the walls were completely dry, so now i have big chips coming off the walls. i don't see how they could have primed and painted two coats in two days. they told me there were issues with the paint drying, and instead of taking a day off, they pressed on. i think the quality of their work could have been better in this regard. overall, they were professional and easy to work with. since it was thanksgiving week, i think they were in a hurry to get out so they could enjoy their holiday.

Chris and Dominick did a great job on my house. They were there every day (4) by 7:30 ready to get started. they were very professional and knew what they were doing. They made some suggestions that made the color scheme work better. Had great communications in resolving situations that came up during the process. I have already had inquiries and have recommended Integrity Finishes to friends and neighbors.

We've used Aaron's guys twice. His crews are on-time and communicate every step of the way! Being punctual is a big deal for me. The guys took great care to protect the areas of the house they were not working on and cleaned up everything. They are professional and just plain nice. Integrity is not the cheapest, but the quality is spot-on. You get what you pay for.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Home looks beautiful. They worked with us on scheduling and always had plenty of help. They moved furniture and pictures (which I was planning to do) they took photos so everything went back exactly where it was. When we did a walk though we could not find anything that needed to be fixed or touched up. They were more critical of their work then we were. I have used this company in the past and the results were the same. You get what you pay for....I highly recommend them.
