Integrity Finishes painted the exterior of our 2-story home, and they repaired the exterior siding of our chimmney, which was in significant disrepair. The entire experience was very easy and very professional. Aaron was punctual and professional with the initial estimate, and he was helpful with details on color, finish, and design. Upon acceptance of the estimate, they started within a few days. John, the foreman and lead carpenter, arrived with his crew on time (early, in fact) and began work right away. The condition of the old paint and siding was pitiful, and the new finish looks exceptional. The chimmney work was outstanding. John replaced the rotted siding with Hardy board, a much better material, and he was able to match the existing trim by combining two types of Hardy board. It was a very creative and welcome solution to a problem (ie, the mismatched trim) I had resolved to accept. The chimmney repair looks fabulous and was much cheaper than estimates received from other companies. Plus, John works for Integrity, so no subcontractor was needed for the carpentry work, alleviating all the hassles incumbent to that. The entire crew was efficient, professional, and highly skilled. The difference is like night and day, with the finished product very much exceeding our expectations. They left the job site very clean. We had several neighbors whom we had never met stop us on the street to comment on the beautiful job. I easily recommended Integrity to all who inquired. We would use them again in a heartbeat, knowing the high quality, exceptional detail, thoroughness, and professionalism they bring to the job. I liked that they appointed the workers at the job site to do the work. They had an on-site supervisor daily who worked with the people. One critique would be the cleanliness. There was paint dripping from the light fixtures and ladder. When I pointed out the issues, they cleaned up. Other than that, they did a great job.

They were fantastic. They were the best interior painters we ever used. Everything was perfect, the color matches and quality was great. Their detailing was great. They were punctual. They were on time and right on time, which was really good. I'm planning to use them again in another 3-5 months.

They were really great as far as the texture wise and the smoothing and all and even the majority of the painting, but towards the end I think they realized that the job was more than they had originally anticipated and I think they got tired and like not as efficient. They had anticipated that the job was going to take about seven days, but it did end up taking over two weeks. It was lot more than they had thought. They did a great job except for that they missed a few spots while painting and when they did a touch up you can see a light marks like the paint is not matching. Their pricing was good. They were very responsive and they responded quickly. I would use their service in the future too.

We are extremely pleased with the result. Aaron gave us an estimate on the spot and the painters were able to begin work within a few days. My experience with Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay was great. It was a one day job. They were there on time and left before 5 in the evening. Everything was cleaned up, it was exactly how had left it before.

Aaron came to our house to look at what we needed to do and gave us an estimate. The work was scheduled within a week. Aaron came to the house to get a shelf from our kitchen island to match the paint the Friday before the work was to begin. Aaron came over the first day with his team, Duane and Jason, to show them the work that needed to be done. They arrived on time. They primed the cabinets and the chair base, and applied the paint. This took a day and a half to complete. They were very careful to protect the surrounding areas. The painter who had previously painted our pool bath did touch up painting in the wrong color on the baseboards. They covered those areas with white paint. It looks much better. The result is just great! Our family room is much improved with the cabinets and chair being much more coordinated with the flooring and the adjoining kitchen. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the start I knew I was dealing with a professional. I was unable to met Aaron at my house due to work so he did the estimate/inspection on his own. But what was nice is that he videotaped his inspection and pointed out exactly what he was going to do then he e-mailed me the video. I never had any question as to what was going to be done. His crew showed up on time and did a great job. Screen cages usually aren't painted from what I had been hearing but Aaron used the right DTM paints and it looks great. He also went beyond his normal duties and coordinated with the screen replacement guys and removed the screens from the cage at no additional cost. Great service. His crew even stayed to make sure all was right with the job and they were able to do a little touch up in an area that was not even part of the job.

Aaron Wallace is a true professional. I would highly recommend Aaron and his company. Unlike most other vendors we used for our apartment renovation, Aaron was proactive in calling to confirm all appointments. He was also punctual and started and finished the job on time (it took 6 days). Integrity Finishes did a great job on taking down the popcorn and applying a "knock down" finish. They did a great job on installing the crown molding and on smoothing out the botched dry wall patching that the contractor left. They did an excellent job painting the entire apartment as well. Our apartment was filled with refuse (e.g., old interior doors that we had replaced but that the contractor had not yet removed) and it made the job very difficult for Aaron's guys to paint around. They were nice enough to condense the refuse into a manageable pile that they then worked around. They left the apartment far cleaner than they found it (which is rare for painters or any contractor). After Aaron's team was finished, he came back to do a walk-thru with my husband so that he could do the minor touch ups that a job this size would invariably have. Sure enough, the very next day (as he promised), Aaron's team was there to take care of all the touch up areas. Under the category of "no one is perfect" the only very minor area that was a bit less than stellar was the painting in my shower area. It is an extremely small bathroom (one of the smallest I've ever seen) and I know that makes for a very difficult paint job. There were some areas where the paint job didn't quite hit the mark (some missed nooks and crannies and some paint on the wall tile). I don't think my husband pointed those out to Aaron and if he did and Aaron is reading this, I suspect my phone will ring and Aaron will offer to come back and make it perfect. I'm a VERY tough customer in that I set high standards for people (especially when I'm paying them big bucks). Aaron and his company did not disappoint. I would highlt recommend them unconditionally. They're worth the money.

Their condo was way over due for painting. They came in primed, removed wallpaper in the bathroom, retextured the walls in the bathroom and put 2 coats of paint on all of the walls. They went beyond what was contracted to ensure that our expectations were exceeded. We were very impressed with Aaron?s professionalism and quick response. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!

Overall the job went awesome. The workers were there on time and if we had any questions, they made sure to tell us what was going on and make sure that our questions were answered. During the final walk through, if we noticed a problem, they were there right away to make sure it was fixed and took there time to make sure the job was done perfect. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs painting done.

We hired Integrity Finishes to paint the exterior of our house and pool deck, softwash the roof, powerwash the driveway and sidewalk and clean the pool cage. Aaron was very professional and courteous; he listened to our ideas and had some great suggestions. His crew was punctual, did a wonderful job and cleaned up thoroughly. Our house looks brand new; we would definitely use Integrity Finishes again.

I could be happier with the results of the job, however, my first meeting with Aaron of Integrity...., sold me. He took the time to give and explain the detailed extimate. Aaron's two workers, D.J. and Rafael arrived on July 19th to start work and they were very professional, punctual, and very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Aaron, D.J. and Rafael and would highly recommend Intergrity Painters of Tampa Bay.

I just purchased the townhome (approx. 1234 sq. ft - 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms). The last tenants prior to my purchase had left a lot of nail holes and mounting bracket holes in walls and there was an extremely sloppy paint job (including a fire engine red wall in the kitchen). Aaron came and gave me an estimate and work started one week later. On the first morning of the job the crew was there by the 8 am start time - they were actually a few minutes early. All of them politely introduced themselves and the entire crew walked through the job with me reviewing the colors and any special instructions. I was provided with the cell phone numbers for Tim (who was my main contact on the job) and John in the event I had any questions. One of my concerns was getting all the way down on the baseboard on the side of the stairs. My plan was to have the carpeting replaced after the painting was complete and the carpet I am installing will be lower profile so I did not want a line showing. After checking on the job at the end of the first day when I got off work, I was concerned that the paint did not go down low enough, so I stopped back on the 2nd day to discuss with the crew. The guys were very helpful and since I was going to get rid of the carpet anyway they offered to roll it up and take it off the stairs so they could get all the way down and I wouldn't have any issue with a line showing. While they were working the crew made sure everything was properly covered and protected. While there was not any furniture in my house yet, I want to be sure that all of the cabinets and countertops were protected. They completed the job a day earlier than expected. Prior to my final walk thru, Aaron stopped by and reviewed the job. When I did do a final walk thru there were a few minor things that Tim and Rick took care of immediately - just three small touch ups. The crew cleaned the whole place up prior to my walk thru and left the remaining paint neatly lined up and labeled in the garage so I have it for any touch ups later. I think the place looks great. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the crew. What a great group of guys! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Company responded quickly to set up appt to view for quote. Arrived on time. Aaron was professional and friendly and provided a clear written estimate. However we decided to go with a different painter we had used before who gave us a better price. Would definitely consider Integrity Finishes in the future.

Integrity Finishes is the best service provider I have EVER worked with! As an out-of-town landlord, it is always difficult for me to find companies that will work with my schedule and meet me at the home on Saturdays. Aaron didn't even hesitate when I suggested we meet on a Saturday afternoon for the quote and requested that he meet me at the end of the job, again, on a Saturday. Any question I had (submitted via e-mail) was answered in record time. Sometimes I got a reply before I thought it was possible for the message to be delivered. The job was completed in the time promised and Aaron met me at the house, on a Saturday, to make certain that the work was done to my satifsaction. Being an old home with lead paint, there were a few lumps and bumps left over (that Aaron fully disclosed in advance of the job), but there was a little patch in the front that I was worried about. Aaron got the left over paint (which he let me keep for touch ups) out of the garage, grabbed his scraper and paint brush out of his van, and set to work right then and there. It turns out that the area I was concerned about was secure (wasn't in danger of peeling), but Aaron wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I wasn't 100% satisfied, though... I was 110% satisfied! While I hope I do not need to invest in such a large project in the near future, I would not hesitate to go with Integrity Finishes again!

OUTSTANDING! Let me tell you......don't bother calling anyone else in Tampa to do your painting. I called 5 different companies and received 5 different quotes. Integrity was the lowest price, and they provided the best estimate/painting experience. They will provide you with a written estimate detailing all of their services to be accomplished, along with copies of their insurance, license and bonding paperwork at the time of their estimate. The guys that came to paint did an awesome job. You get 2 coats on the interior and their work is fabulous. The front door required 5 coats sprayed of the red color and there wasn't any additional charge. Drywall work was very good as well. They only painted about 20% of our house but I can guarantee that they will be painting the rest of our home in the near future.

Aaron and his team completely repainted the interior of our new home. They simply put performed above and beyone what I expected. From sanding and repairing drywall in areas that either needed holes fixed or had textured paint that was abyssmal - Not only did he do a great job where it was easy to do one, but they went above and beyond to strip walls, sand off textures that needed to go, touch up, and even repair drywall with perfect blending. Whenever an issue came up that he felt might look better another way, or just had questions to ask us - he went out of his way to stop and get direction and guidance to get it done the right way the first time. There is no way I woulnd't use these guys again!

Aaron arrived promptly at the appointed time; he quickly and efficiently assessed what was needed and provided an estimate that seemed quite fair. We scheduled a date for him to commence the job that was only a few days away. Since the job was to completely repaint the interior of a new townhome we had bought in Tarpon Springs we gave him the key to the property so they could go forward more efficiently. There was only one mixup with a color (the color number had been incorrectly copied) but it was dealt without any hassle at all - no one tried to blame anyone or point fingers - they just corrected the error. They were quite professional and careful in all aspects of their work. I would certainly recommend them to others and use them again.

Aaron showed up on time to give me an estimate for painting inside and outside the house I was getting ready to put on the market. He was nice, confident, and professional and even though the estimate was slightly higher than others I had gotten I decided on Integrity Finishers because I thought they would do a better job. The crew showed up on time everyday, were clean, polite and eager to do a good job. Since the house was empty they did leave their buckets, dropcloths, etc on the floor, but all were brought to one room and no coffee cups, wrappers, etc were ever left by any of the crew. They did an excellent job of painting. I did not find any paint on the carpet next to the wall were baseboards were painted as it was in my own home. No paint on door handles, switches or any other place it should not have been and small cracks in the walls were repaired where you cannot see them. They also did an excellent job of repairing two places in the garage where the plaster was cracked and chipped. However, there were some problems. One morning I overslept and did not move my husbands truck and the spray from the paint got on it. When Tony found out he immediately washed the truck trying to get the paint off and came back that evening to see if he could polish the rest off. Aaron called with his concern and offered to have it detailed. A problem also existed with the cracked ceiling repair. After three tries the ceiling is one color and sheen. The final problem was the use of an acid to clean the rust off of a medal door. The acid ran and stained the concrete. The acid also ate holes in the garage concrete leaving a ring where the bottle was sitting, another place near the acid and acid stains across the garage floor. They were unable to do anything about that other than wash it down. I guess I'm out the money to repair the holes and epoxy the floor to try and cover it as much as possible.

He also did repair and touch up work in the interior. We had a small problem for the interior work, but he was able to come out the next day to correct the problem and to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. They were able to match the price of another competitor.
