The ChemDry employee arrived promptly, worked non-stop for about 5-6 hours. The carpets came remarkably clean with only a few spots that couldn't be removed totally. The tiles did not come out as clean as I would have liked, but not due to lack of effort on their part. Only complaint is the price came in about $100 higher than the phone estimate.

I have use this firm before and have always been please. Derek came out at the appointed time and was very friendly especially with my noisey dog. He let me decide on what Value Package (there are 4) to take. He worked h****** the pet stains and several other spots. He spent 2hours and 45 minutes and did an amazing cleaning job on my carpet. I was very please. He was courteous, friently and professional. I will continue to use this firm and especially Derek.

I called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and was delighted to find out they had an opening the following afternoon. Derek called when he was on his way and arrived right at our appointment time. We had a bedroom and our dining room carpets cleaned. He was very professional and worked extremely hard. We opted for an upgraded treatment that was stil reasonably priced.
I would recommend this company and will use them again when we need additional carpets cleaned.

I called, they came out and quoted a price which was the same as the phone estimate. I do have a Hoover carpet cleaner, but I use that a few times and then have a professional come in once every other year or so. The professional cleaning did a much better job than I can do with my machine. They removed all of the spots and stains that I had accumulated over the past few months since I did it myself and they made the traffic area near the front door much better than it ever comes out when I do it. It is not like new, but I didn't expect it to be, but it is much, much cleaner. The gentleman, Rico, was nice and got straight to work after we agreed on a price. He worked quickly and diligently and made sure I was pleased with the job. I have seen some bad reviews of Chem Dry before, but this is now the second time I have used them and I have been pleased both times. Of course I would like a little better price, but then who wouldn't. I don't often give an A for price, but I did receive good value 23.6 cents per square foot.

They were real good. They came back and did it again for no charge when a stain appeared. They did not soak my carpet and it was dry to the touch. They used green chemicals to clean the carpets. They were very responsive. Their price was good.

I GOT AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY I CALLED, WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. THE GENTLEMEN WHO CLEANED THE CARPET WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE BEST PART ABOUT CHOOSING CHEM-DRY WAS MY CARPET WAS DRY IN 3-4 HOURS WITH NO ODORS AFTERWARD. ALTHOUGH THE CARPET LOOKED FLUFFIER, IT WAS STILL DULL. SO, I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. I WAS SHOCKED WITH THE PRICE! I WAS ONLY EXPECTING TO PAY HALF OF THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED(WHICH HE GAVE ME BEFORE HE PERFORMED THE CLEANING).

I HAD ALWAYS USED THE STEAM CLEANING PROCESS FOR MY CARPETS BUT WANTED TO TRY A PROCESS WITH SHORTER DRYING PERIODS. CHEM-DRY CAME IN AND DID A GOOD JOB BUT WHEN THE CARPETS DRIED, SOME SPOTS REAPPEARED VERY QUICKLY, WITHIN HOURS. AND WHEN THEY CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON THE SERVICE, I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE SPOTS. THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT TO RETREAT WITHIN TWO DAYS. THEY RETREATED THE AREAS AND IT WORKED. THE SPOTS WERE STUBBORN, THEY RETREATED AT NO CHARGE AND NOW THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT.

THEY DIDN'T MOVE FURNITURE, THEIR PRICING POLICY LED TO CONFUSION, and WE WOULD NOT CALL THEM AGAIN.
