Carter's Floor and Surface Care

Had various hardwood flooring damage due to water that were caused by other contractors. Carter Flooring was able to come in, help assess the damage and provide a competitive repair estimate. They were contracted to remove the damage flooring, patch in new underlayment and flooring, then refinish all of the floors and stairs so it all matched. They were able to complete the work in a weeks’ time minimizing the disruption to my family. Throughout the entire engagement their team were in contact with us. As you can see in the photos the floors and stairs came out beautifully. Highly recommend the team for any of your flooring needs.

I hired this company that I found on Angi.com. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgable. They refinished my wood floors through the whole house, moved the furniture out AND moved it back in for me. I couldn't be more pleased. While doing this job we also discussed my brick flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. They did those floors as well and they haven't looked this good since we moved in 20 years ago! After that, they resealed all of my granite counter tops and they also look new. What a great company! Edward and Oz were please to deal with and kept me informed all along the way. I would highly recommend them.

Multiple tiles are not flush. Multiple tiles should have not been used cause of cuts that are not square 2 tiles have drill holes. Wood floors they know, tile not so good. I have four or five cases of tile left so those tiles with holes should have never been used.

My job was completed in one day and the team did a great job refinishing my parquet floors. Ed explained everything along the way and I felt very comfortable with the job as it progressed.

Hard working, conscientious and polite. It was a pleasure to watch Edward and crew bring my 100 year old floors to life. Right on time for the whole process, start to finish. They even did all the furniture moving and replacement. Nice work!

Hardworking and knowledgeable about stone cleaning and sealing

Eddie and Bill came out on time and worked diligently to seal and polish our granite countertops. They were sparking when complete. They also cleaned our outside chair/sofa cushions which came out looking good. I discovered this company from home advisor and once I requested service the owner promptly called back on a Saturday and had his guys here Tuesday to complete the job!
