My carpets were very wet. Took 2 days to dry.

They did a fantastic job!

On time and kept us advised until they arrived. Very pleasant and courteous, efficient and explained what they used because we were worried about our pets. Definitely would recommend them again

i hired them to clean a sofa and love seat. The cost I was given over $300.00 . That includes scotch guard. The techs. were great. During their visit I also hired them to return and clean floor tile and wood flooring througjt home and we added to color grout lines. The tile looks great. The wood floor was cleaned but because I had used mop n glow whitch has turned into a wax build up. They can complete the wood . i am waiting to get scheduled. Paid them $1000.00 . I thought it was alittle high so checked others and the tile by itself can cost that . Hope to hear from tjem soon. I will finish my review then.

Good company to hire for your cleaning needs furniture and flooring

The gentlemen that came in were personable & very hard workers. They had me check their work while doing it, to make sure I was doing what I wanted. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They did a really nice job & cleaned up after themselves . I highly recommend them!

It looked nice until I took a broom to it and I was sweeping up a lot of dirt and steel wool. The smell from there equipment, omg, made my house smell like dirty feet. So gross.

Super guys, hard working, most of the floors look great, good value for the money, just wish they had cleaned/sealed my terrazzo in the two walk-in closets and got all of the nails ground off.

I liked how this company worked with me. First the grout seal color I had chosen at night did not look right in the morning light. When I called Mr Carter explaining the problem he came out a second time and I chose another color. Even though he had already ordered the 1st color he did not charge me for ordering a different color. Second I have an older dog and they worked with me so I didn't have to board him while the job was being done. The two young men did an outstanding job working quickly and efficiently and also cleaned up after themselves. I am happy with the outstanding job and would highly recommend this company.

The service men were prompt in getting here and thorough in completing my multiple cleaning requests..tile, area rugs, furniture, etc. They arranged all furniture to the original places and were most professional.
