Carter's returned my initial call right away. They came on a Sunday to look at the job and arrived as scheduled. Gave estimate, said they needed to order grout products and would schedule job upon receipt. Carter's called in a few days to give a project day and time which they actually showed up 15 mins early for. They were professional and did a good job and were detailed about moving furniture back. I did find several nicks here and there over the following few days, however. Overall, i would rehire.

Reddy, Eddie, and George did a professional job on our tile floors. They look new and the color grout sealant matches perfectly. I highly recommend them. They even are going to drop off a partial bottle of colored sealant for touch ups!
