Carter's Floor and Surface Care

I hired Carter’s on behalf of a client. They were very responsive to my client’s needs and timeline. I will definitely keep them in my Rolodex for future needs.

Way overpriced. They did an acceptable job on the floors, but very poor on cabinet cleaning.

They came and gave a fair price for the project, arrived on time on the day of service and did a good job. The workers were polite, and moved all furniture and put it back when they left. They left after cleaning all areas that needed to be addressed.

I had a very small apartment cleaned. The person I spoke to on the phone had agreed the carpet and tile would be done for $100. When the workers arrived I told them they would be cleaning the tile as well as the carpet. One gentleman told me the tile would be more. I informed him the price had already been agreed upon. I felt he should have known this before coming to do the job. The apartment is so small, I felt the price should have been lower.

Work was completed before what they had scheduled. The representative that came was very pleasant, polite and professional.

Bill did a great job on our recliner but 3 places came back. He said he would call us last week but still has not called. we had some carpet to clean also and he said he would do the carpet but Bill has not called is.

Did a great job on the the area carpets and upholstery.

They were punctual, pleasant and did a good job. Very reasonably priced. I was happy with their service and would use them again.

With less then 24 hours notice, they were out at 5PM to clean 3 bedrooms that were very dirty. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. ALL the stains came out, they left the house clean as when they arrive and were finish in less that an hour. Steven

Punctual and professional with positive results.

I got talked into an odro control process and a process which is suppoed to prevent stains. THe atain preventer is useless. I have never had so many stains. Never again.

Very thorough, did an excellent job! Very courteous and nice...took their time in cleaning and was in no rush!
