Description of Work: No confirmation call on the day prior. I finally called them at 9:30am, the day of Service & was told they would be leaving soon. They arrived at about 10:45am & left at 1:1pm, How can you do a THOROUGH cleaning in the short a time? & for $199!!! WE are in the process of moving so 2 0f our 3 bedrooms were not to be cleaned. I never got a Check List from the Owner, BTY. I outlined where I wanted the emphasis on this cleaning & since they were not cleaning 2 bedrooms, I asked if more detail could be given to other tasks to make up for what they weren't doing. The Owner got very defensive with me & started spouting off about him quiting Angie's List if I was a Secret Shopper, & how he thought I was mad & perhaps this cleaning was not going to work out! Really! I calmed him down & the cleaning proceeded. I asked that he clean the dust from under the bed (one bed) & also under my Couch & he says that's not part of the THOROUGH Cleaning package. The Cleaning continues & he eventually saw the error of his outburst & did clean those areas. I asked that the Kitchen Cabinets could be VERY well cleaned & they said yes. They looked exactly the same after they left. The oven was cleaned, except for the glass panel in the door,which they said would never be too difficult to clean & outlined an absurd process I might try or else just get a NEW window. The day after they were here, I cleaned that window with Spic & Span & a Razor blade. It looks like new! When I was sweeping after dinner later that night, I found lots of the grime from the oven, under the oven! The Guest bathroom looked good because it was almost clean already. They did not clean the ring in the toilet because they didn't have the proper "Stone". |The Master bath Had some mold to be removed & it was not. They never moved BOTH shower doors & there was crud behind one. |I was impressed that they took up area rugs & vacuumed. That was good, however, they used a "Swiffer " Type Mop that just moved all the dirt around & did NOT Clean the floor. The floors were sticky & dull & I have photos of how Dirty my feet got by walking barefoot on that floor, after they left. They moved everything around without 1st asking me if it was ok & being a creature of Habit, I had to take the time to put everything back where it belonged. Even the Refrigerator shelves were in NEW positions! |I most certainly will NOT use this company again & paid $199 dollars for 2 1/2 hours of their time! NOT a DEAL it was touted to be. Very Disapointed!

Description of Work: They were unable to complete the job. Some rooms not cleaned. Tile floors not mopped. Sweeper not completed. This was due to them being too closely scheduled in their work loads. Thus my housework was not completed and I had to finish it myself. I think Angie needs to look in to the time limit to complete the proper cleaning of a house and not overbook them and then not give them enough time to complete their job. Felt my money was wasted and I was not left with that CLEAN HOME FEELING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my house but only cleaned two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and vacuumed. They also cleaned the kitchen. They did clean all my fans in most of my rooms except for three bedrooms. They did a good job on what they did but I had expected them to do more than just what they did. I thought my whole house was to be cleaned but as it turned out only half was done. I was disappointed as I had expected more and did not get it. Even though I was disappointed I would use them again as they did do a good job on what they did do.

Description of Work: Santiago and his team were on time and did a fantastic job getting my first floor cleaned including the kitchen and bathroom. slinding doors and all the floors. I would receommend them and will use them again |

Description of Work: They couldn't provide the service timely and we ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. |We sold the house and moved before they were even available. |We tried to cancel but are not sure they accepted that. We haven't received credit card statement to confirm.

Description of Work: Santiago was responsive to my inquiries and the work was done very well. I asked for some additional cleaning, which was very well done (for an additional cost). I would not hesitate to hire people from this company again.

Told me that they ran out of time?????? |Found the explanation to be wanting......especially since I had expressed a desire to hire them for regular cleaning........ |The fact that they would leave my home unfinished for 159.00.......left me very aggravated........called but their explanation of "running out of time" did no cut it......never heard bak from them.......

Description of Work: The cleaners did an awesome job! I have had cleaner's before but Santiago and Maria really knew what they were doing! They not only cleaned my house, Santiago noticed that the babies humidifier was full of mold! Thx so much!!!! That could have sicken my child allot.....Thx for the attention to detail!
