After accidentally closing our garage door on our garbage can, I thought we had a HUGE garage door expense in front of us. With so many other projects going on, it was the last thing we needed. I called Advanced Garages, and they came the next day. He assessed what the issue was, and was able to fix it at a reasonable price. Within an hour, he had it running again. He even gave me a few estimates on what it would cost to replace it, and what new products were on the market. Replacing the garage door is definitely on the "to do" list, just not at the moment. He wasn't pushy at all, and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be reaching out when it's time to replace the garage door!

This was an emergency issue , and we needed our car out of the garage. A spring was broken and I was unable to lift the door by myself. Thanks for coming to our rescue in a timely fashion. We will definitely call on their services when needed again.

They are punctual and knowledgable

They could not come the same day I called because it was getting dark, however, they came promptly the next day and installed the belt to my garage door which had broken and was hanging. The door could not go up or down with the remote control. The man who came was an expert and a professional. He knew right away what had to be done, and had the proper tools and material in his van, so no time was lost. Alex was great and so was the professional sent. I will recommend them with no hesitation. As a matter of fact, I already have to a neighbor. This is Gloria, thank you so very much.
