As others have noted, Alex was great. A young man starting his own business. Very professional, competent, and timely. He analyzed my situation and made suggestions. He explained all of his reasoning thoroughly but left decisions to me. He made sure I understood everything he had done, he showed me how to use my new equipment, and he showed me how to maintain it. I would use him again but he did such a good job that I probably won’t have to.

The door broke on a Sunday morning. By early Sunday afternoon it was fixed for the price I was quoted over the phone.
