Thank you for working on a grout issue in a remodel involving 2 showers. The Grout Color Sealing which was applied made all the difference! No longer did I have uneven grey grout which looked dirty but instead have a nice even color throughout. This is what I expected when the tile was installed and so pleased to have found Remedy Surface Care. It's the second time we hired Xavier & All Surface Experts. We had some discoloration on the cultured marble in our bathroom. Xavier and his crew buffed & resurfaced the surface to look as good as new. They also caulked an area in our shower, which needed doing, without being asked to. Xavier is a perfectionist and it shows in his work.

I am amazed at what what this has done to my dirty grout. We have a lot of traffic in our kitchen so I'm anxious to see how this holds up. Connor was great. Kim was very attentive.

Remedy Surface Care was selected to improve the visual appearance of our grout lines within about 900 SF of tile. They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. It was done as outlined and on schedule. It now looks beautiful and we are very pleased.

Kim and her son, Connor, were very pleasant to work with. They provided a service that I had not heard of before which was staining the grout between my ceramic tile. I had been very unhappy with inconsistent "dirty-looking" grout and wanted to tear up my entire floor. Since Remedy Surface Care stained the grout the new color I chose, then buffed the tile, I am very happy and my floor looks like new.
