Priced high but fortunately had other estimates before they came They were very fast and thorough. Had I not been selling the house I would have been upset that they used the wromg color outlet. Some of the outlets were also crooked.

The electricians arrived promptly and gave me a thorough estimate and explanation of the work they would be performing. They even performed the repairs the same day. They were extremely courteous. I would definitely hire them again for electrical repairs.

These guys are quick, and good. They thoroughly analyzed the project I needed, and on the same day I called. They explained what would need to be done in terms I could understand, and provided an accurate and reasonable estimate.

The owner, Jim Knapp, was lightning quick reaching out to me after I submitted the project request through Home Advisor. They came out same day, gave me a price, and completed the job. I would have given them 5 stars for Customer Service had they done any clean-up at all. I had to clean-up the entire mess (sawdust, nails, etc.) from some demo that was required as part of the project. The guys were nice and professional, so no issues there.

Jim Knapp is a professional. He knew the work that needed to be done and provided advice on ways to go about it. Mason did the actual work and was VERY good about not leaving a MESS. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL TO ME, not having to clean up after I have written a check for the job. Would recommend them both. Thanks guys.
