The electrician who showed up arrived 1.5 hours before expected. He was difficult to understand, and did not appear to know what he was doing. He had to repeatedly call his boss to ask for direction. A total waste of time and $99.00 diagnostic fee!

Make sure they cash your check in a timely manner. They didn't cash mine until almost 6 months down the road. It caused me untold problems; I am not a big time corporation with unlimited funds.

Electrician was experienced with his co-workers having his back. Mr Electric was like a team effort with the customers' interests at the forefront. Very pleasant to deal with. A little pricey but overall very happy with the outcome.
