They responded the call and scheduled a visit to check out the scope of the job. They quoted immediately and after my acceptance they scheduled the work to be done two days later. It was done as expected and cost seems reasonable to me.

Tony really knows his business and is very committed to quality service. All though we needed some "tweaking" after his services, Tony and his crew were more than willing to make sure the job and my satisfaction were 100%. I would absulutely recommend their services!

I inquired thru Servicemagic a copmany which is local that could come and look at our sprinkler system which pumps water from a well. On the pump, is a switch valve which wasn't switching so only half my lawn was getting watered. Once service magic selected Star Pump, I sent email. In less than 1/2 hour I got a call from Rachel who was very pleasant, proficient and showed appreciation for my call. We set up an appt for Saturday between 9 - 11. I had a feeling from Rachel they would be there on time and they were at 9:15. They arrived with 3 men including the owner, who showed me my problems and fixed Immediately. Super Integrity

The project is not complete but I am very pleased with the work so far.

A few issues arose with Star Pump and Sprinklers during my business with them. I was told that they could provide irrigation to all parts of my lawn. Ulitmately they couldn't supply water to a center island and didn't adjust my bill to reflect this. The installation was delayed because of "an emergency" with a municipal client.

I felt the technician was upfront and honest with me about me not needing to switch sprinkler timer because of the expense since my timer worked fine. They also replaced 4 of my sprinkler heaads. I was able to get an appointment that same day within a matter of hours. They showed up within the tome frame promised. I would recommend them to a friend.
