Some scheduling hiccups but work was completed within a week of confirming with the company. Willingness to come back if any issues arise. Would highly recommend.

They came to my house to fix my sprinkler system. I had a bad experience. They were not honest in explaining to me what I needed and they gave me a hard time in getting a part of my payment back. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were communicative, punctual, and worked with my schedule. I thought the price was fair. Most importantly, they fixed something that 4 other contractors before them didn’t take the time to diagnose and actually fix. Kudos to them.

Quick and honest. Three other lawn companies clearly tried to rip me off. Proposing hugely expensive jobs for what Star fixed for what I feel was the correct price Has integrity - which means they will be my go to for any irrigation needs moving forward.

Scheduled to come to my house the very next morning and arrived exactly on time as promised. My sprinkler pump was not pulling water from the lake. I received a very reasonable estimate and the problem was a hard prime was needed due to past repairs done by someone else. Once system was running - they made sure all the zones, sprinkler heads and timer was working as it should. They found a few broken heads and repaired everything for a very reasonable cost. Star Pump took the time to explain everything to me along the way. Very professional.

I was immediately at ease with Antonio from the get go. Both he and Danny made me feel at comfort as they went about troubleshooting and explaining what was happening with my sprinkler system. They showed up on time and kept me informed every step of the way. I got value for money. I definitely recommend them.
