They did a good job overall. If I were to contract Star again, I would get a more specfic statement of work. Based on our discussion, I thought more sprinkler heads would be replaced. But without a detailed description of the project up front, its hard to say they didn't meet their obligations.

They showed up on time. Instead of complicating the matter (and increasing the potential cost), Antonio simply said I was lucky that it was nothing major. Consequently, their price was substantially less than I was anticipating. They will now be my go-to sprinkler service.

I hired them through HomeAdvisor and what a mistake. Two guys came and told me the pump is bad and they would have to take it to be repaired. I had to give them $135 upfront of which in two days they have already withdrawn from my account and that did not include what the repair would be for the pump. It has been 1 week and a day now and no one has called me to let me know what is going on. I left a message for Antonio this evening and waiting for a reply . I call that bad business.

They were responsible. He called when he was running late and was not going to be here at scheduled time. He clearly let me know what his evaluation of the problem was. No attempt to gouge me for more money and parts that didn't need to be replaced. Personable and respectful
