This was the most honest company we came across ! They saved us a lot of unnecessary work and money. Friendly and professional. My only issue was the lack of communication with the scheduling--but was easily taken care of

The company technician is honest, friendly and competent. They didn’t try to oversell and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

They were on time for the initial appointment on Saturday. They gave me a quote, and told me that it would take two days to schedule the work after I agreed. I called on Monday and asked to have the work done on Friday. Antonio said that someone would call me back to tell me the time. I never heard from anyone and finally called them on Friday to be told by Antonio that he could not find my paperwork. He said he would call me back when he got to the office. I never heard from him again. I decided that I would write a comment but decided to wait until Monday to write it. On Monday at 7:30 AM in the morning, Justin called and said that they could come over now. I said that both my wife and I would not be back until 10:00 AM and that was that, he said fine. I returned at 10:00 AM to find that they had arrived at 9:00 AM and had mostly completed the work. My wife had gotten home earlier than I had anticipated. Fortunate for them. I told Antonio about my dissatisfaction with his response. He explained to me that he had had a death in the family which he was dealing with and that his office staff had quit. I said if he had told me that I would have understood and not been so annoyed. His response was that he could not worry about my job. I decided to leave it at that. I then went to pay him with a credit card, which appeared on his business cards, and was informed that he could not take credit cards because he was changing his merchant account and it was not active at this time. I paid him by check. His work from what I can see was good, and he told me that he would com back and fix anything that I felt needed to be fixed including adding another sprinkler head if necessary. Except for his communication, I think I would use him again.

This company did not come when they were scheduled to come, and they did not get the automatic sprinklers working. Also, I do not like their method of payment, it is too restrictive!

There were a couple of scheduling issues that made me question the company's ability to perform. However, Antonio acknowledged the mistakes which made them easy to correct. And, most importantly, he more than made up for the scheduling issue with his service. I have faith in Antonio's knowledge and trustworthiness. I will definitely use them again.
