This was a most positive experience as he and his assistant were prompt, polite, and efficient. Each afternoon they left with things picked up and it was easy for us to still live through the process. I have no reservations in recommending his services and give him high marks for dependable, quality workmanship.

Robert was super professional, he came to my house for a free estimate and kept to his quoted amount after the job was beautifully done.

I found Mr. Gagner to be very easy going and accommodating. He always returned calls, texts, and kept appointments which was a big factor for me when selecting a contractor from the "A Rated List" of vendors. I had already completed a massive flooring project and simply didn't need any more drama! From the bids I received, Mr. Gagner's seemed reasonable and he was able to do the job in a timely manner. Mr. Gagner arrived with his helper, Junior, and they went right to work. They didn't take breaks, so they were able to finish the job in a day. They took great care to protect my new flooring and cleaned up after the job. I definitely appreciated all their extra efforts and would hire them again.

Bob is a pleasure to work with. I selected him for an estimate because of his prior reviews and proximity to my house. After he came out for an estimate (same day)he quickly gave me an estimate. The estimate came in slightly higher then I had expected but was still very within reason. I needed to break the job into pieces because we are still doing renovations in other rooms and we are not ready to paint yet. He adjusted the estimate and we scheduled a date to start. I left a key outside for him because I was out of town. When I got back, my house was done! His team took care of everything, including doing additional work complimentary! He was such a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to have him finish my other rooms when we are ready. We are also talking about doing our exterior and if we can budget this year we will ask Bob to do it too.

Robert was very kind and professional. Showed up on time and did an incredible job hanging the wallpaper, I mean it! He hung it so perfectly, that my wife and I - can't find the seams and that to us is the most important criteria. Highly recommended, will do business again.

He always showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself and did great quality work. He even paired us up with one of his friends who sells wallpaper. She was very pleasant. I would surely use Robert again and actually plan on having him set me up with some wallpaper in my office once I re-do the furniture.

Bob was very friendly and professional. Also, very neat. He removed the wallpaper and painted 6 areas in my house. Showed up when he said he would be there. I love the work he did.

Simply called this company based on the A ratings he received from Angies. I have nothing further to share, this company never returned my call for my business.

I obtained multiple quotes before deciding to work with Bob to paint the interior of my townhome, and I could not be happier with my choice. Not only was his price very reasonable, Bob was punctual, professional, and truly a pleasure to deal with. The paint job turned out fantastic -- much better than I could attempt on my own. My home includes two-story walls with crown molding at the top, and the end result is flawless. Bob and his crew even corrected mistakes made by the previous owners. Also invaluable was the wonderful advice Bob gave me about colors, including ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own that turned out beautifully and have drawn many compliments. I will definitely be hiring Bob again for future jobs, and I have already recommended him to friends.

I was very happy with the work of this provider. I needed a wall mural put up in my daughters room. It came in 5 panels, needed to be straight and centered on the wall. Bob was exactly on time and finished the job in 11/2 hrs. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again in the future. Best of all, my daughter was very happy!

I recently remodeled a large condo including walls, floors, ceilings etc. Of all the different workers I used during this renovation Robert was the most on purpose worker I hired. He showed up on time, did excellent work with great attention to detail. The best eye can't see the seams in the wallpaper after he finished. My wife and I would recommend Robert and would certainly use him again. The best part was he was neat, on time and finished the job without any missteps.

He came and measured the master bathroom told us how many rolls of wallpaper were needed and did an excellent job it came out perfect

HE WANTED TO OVERCHARGE ME TRIPLE THE AMOUNT IT SHOULD BE. I PAID 1/3 of what his estimate was .I Do not recommend.

It went extremely well As an ex- general contractor myself, Bob was a true professional and will be called on again.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Gagner. He was punctual, professional, and a perfectionist. When he took off the old wallpaper there was quite a bit of repair to do. When the house was built, the walls were not primed before the original wallpaper was put on. He repaired and primed the walls and ceiling. He treat areas for mildew. He did not charge me for the additional work. My bathroom is beautiful and I know it will last because of the great job he did.

Mr. Gagner arrived on time on the date and time that we scheduled. He was professional and he did a great job.

Primed the walls on Friday and came back Sunday to put up the paper. Arrived on time, though I didn't realize he would have to travel from the Miami area. Brought all his tools, a table, etc. and set up over a blanket, so his work area was clean when he was finished. Very professional--worked hard and quickly (about 5 hours). Did an excellent job. Gave us an Angie's list discount. The price still was high, but his work is top quality, professional, and clean up was 100% complete when he left. I would have him come back if I decide to redecorate!

They did an excellent job. Bob showed up on the day and time that was discussed. He came with his associate Earl. They were both extremely professional and friendly. They came well equipped with all of the necessary tools to do the job. They got to work straight away, and did a first class installation. I am an interior designer in NYC and I am extremely picky and they met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using Bob for all of my wallpaper installations on my future design jobs in Miami.

Bob did a great job. Showed up right on time and was very professional and clean. He even had to deal with my 3 young daughters who continued to ask him what he was doing. I will use Bob for any wallpapering jobs in the future.

Robert did an excellent job wallpapering two bathrooms in my home. He went above and beyond by offering to patch up a crack in the ceiling - since he was already doing the walls. He also removed the decorative lights, towel rack, and TP holder, and put everything back just the way it was prior to the wallpapering. He works neatly and efficiently. I love my bathrooms, and would use him again for any wallpapering job! If only choosing the right wallpaper was as easy as dealing with Robert!
