I was very impressed with the work done by Lock Tight Impact windows!!! The guys were amazing, very professional and did the work in 2 days (17 windows and the front door - which looked amazing - specially at night!). They covered the furniture with plastic to protect it from the dust and debris. After the first day the crew cleaned up and informed me of their progress and let me know that they will finished the job the next day. I am very happy with the work done and will not hesitate to recommend them. Great price and definitely great value!!! David Navarro

We awarded Locktight Impact Windows and Doors with installation of our impact windows on our new home. The entire process was quick and painless! From the initial presentation given by the salesperson, project management team, and not to forget to mention the extremely friendly and hard workers that did such an amazing job. Negotiation was a breeze, and although not the cheapest of the 3 competitive bids we received. We felt this was the best value for our money. The project team was very clean and the installation was completed within 3 days. (13 openings). All of our neighbors are inquiring and asking us for information! Thank you again! We were very pleased with LockTight from start to finish. The installation process was amazing! We have multiple kids and dogs and they worked around us and made it easy for us. They are extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Joel and his install team are top notch, were super polite, worked efficient and cleaned up everyday. Brian took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. We still have inspection to go but install was a breeze. Very pleased!

LockTight worked with us to give us a great price to replace all of our doors and windows. They showed up on time for the work and were very careful with our things as they moved them to get to the windows and doors. They also made sure to cover everything to minimize the impact of the dust which made for a very easy cleanup. Our windows and doors look excellent and really make a statement. They have also helped to significantly reduce our power bill. We love our windows and doors!

Took a while for job to complete but final product looks good

LockTight created 9 leaks in my roof on the very first day of their installation, causing permanent water damage to my ceilings and floors. I had just renovated my house so the flooring was brand new- it was ruined by LockTight. Afterwards, LockTight refused to fix the damage they had caused and instead suggested I should drive myself to Home Depot and "get a gallon of paint." They wanted me to paint over the ceiling damage instead of actually fixing it (which meant replacing it, as all the material had been water damaged). To add insult to injury, they then tried to bill me for a whopping 20% increase over their original quote. There were so many roofing companies to pick from, I deeply regret choosing LockTight.

Everyone from sales to install was great!

This company carries a great product. LockTight replaced all my windows and doors with ESW, at nearly twice the price as local competition. They will not clean the windows after the installation. They did not give me a copy of my warranty info, contract, or permitting. They threatened to start litigation if I didn't sign the Certification of Completion for PACE financing before the final inspection. I would never recommend this company to anyone other than an enemy.

I am glad I chose locktight. Job professionally. Followup from the various department before and after construction was very impressive. I would recommend locktight for your next project. Please do not try to cut corners.

The communication with this company representatives was very easy. The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient, spent hours answering our questions about the product and process. The company was very helpful in dealing with the HOA and obtained all necessary permits. The price was competitive with other estimates (not the lowest). According to the city inspector, the product is of amazing quality and the installation is perfect.
