Found Direct Relocation Services on HomeAdvisor along with others and contacted 4. Mr. Hosang quoted a competitive price and fully explained any additional issues we might encounter. Before consummating the deal we spoke several times clarifying the details. The day of the move Mike, the lead, called about one hour prior to arrival as a heads up. He arrived with Tray and Justin. All three were up to the task, accommodating, and personable. The pickup in St. Pete going to the North Georgia Mountains was quick and easy arriving on schedule. Mike and his team went out of their way to complete the job to our specifications. Via this review it should be obvious that I was quite please wit my choice. Well done.

Vincent and Will did a fantastic job with my move. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job wrapping and taking care of my furniture. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Mike, Justin & Tre were prompt, fast and professional through the whole process for moving our one bedroom apartment. They helped with final packing and wrapping of delicates/wall art/special items with care. No surprises!

If you have an out-of-state move avoid these guys like the plague! Took forever to hear from them about anything and I was the one doing the contacting not them. After they picked up my stuff they kept it in a warehouse for a month before finally moving it up here (took over 2 dozen phone calls to them to give me anything regarding when I would get my stuff). Once it was here it was only 1 guy doing all the moving to my 3rd-floor apartment, felt so bad for him cause they did not tell him it was a third floor apartment even though I told them from the get go it was. Their customer service is a joke and if you want your stuff quickly your better off not using them.

Vincent, Will, and Ray were fast and wrapped my fragile furniture. They had great customer service. They were in time and even a little early.

They left a safe in my house in Charlston, and did not unload my TV, a box spring or tool box at my house in Texas. Mr. Jorde Hosang has been absolutely wonderful to work with.

I had the same crew who packed me, stored my belongings, and unpacked me at my destination. They were polite, straightforward and professional. They accommodated my requests, provided tips and suggestions, and cleaned up thoroughly as they worked and when they were done. Great foreman and team that were genuinely nice to work with! Thank you!
