Vincent, Dan & Trey Are great, came on time. They were very respectful, super efficient. Really good are their job. Fast! If you get them, they are the best crew.

While the representative, packers/movers were very nice and personable, if you care about your belongings, do not hire this company to move you out of state. Packing was atrocious. Some items were wrapped in bubble wrap, others not. Breakables tossed into boxes without wrapping them. Lamps and shades packed together with heavy items without protection. Books just tossed haphazardly into boxes with breakables and other items. I also disliked the fact that bubble wrap was used instead of wrapping paper. In some instances, bubble wrap is needed but not for everything. Such a waste for the environment. I have moved cross country 4 times and never have I had so many items damaged/broken and never seen such a haphazard packing job. None of my expensive leather furniture was wrapped in plastic (as was done with prior movers). Some upholstered furniture was not wrapped either. There was no rhyme or reason to what was protected and what was not. Definitely was not worth the cost.

I highly recommend this company. They were willing to work with me and were flexible when we had to change move dates due to bad weather. The moving pros arrived at my home and quickly organized everything that had to be wrapped and moved. They were courteous and answered my questions regarding the move. At delivery, the pros were equally prompt, courteous and professional in responding to my needs regarding where items were to be placed. Everything was moved into a storage space, but they placed all items I would need quickly within easy reach for me.

This was the most unprofessional moving company that I have ever worked with. I have moved 4 different times (out-of-state) and my experiences were great with the moving companies that I used prior. There was very little communication from this company after they picked up the items and I had to keep calling them to find out when my items would arrive. They gave inaccurate information on the delivery and I was told by Jorde on numerous occasions that I didn't need to keep calling them daily to find out when my items would be delivered. The only reason I was calling EVERY OTHER DAY was because I was not receiving any correspondence from them. Their customer service skills are lacking and they need to be retrained to be better when dealing with paying customers. My items, to be moved out-of-state, were picked up 2 days early and delivered over 10 days late of guaranteed delivery. The company actually cost me more money because I had to purchase items that were in storage to be moved. The two contracted companies that picked up and delivered the items were great. However, the actual brokerage company, Direct Relocation Services, was horrible. I would not suggest that you use this company for any relocation services and actually feel that HomeAdvisor should review this company further before placing them on their preferred list of out-of-state moving companies. The entire experience after the pick up and before the delivery of my items was horrific. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Failed to mention Jorde was also very helpful in setting up our move. Texts and emails and quotes were very clear and accurate. No hidden surprises which is what you want in a move. Highly recommend.

I worked with Michael who made it a seamless move. Was on time and prompt and organized. Most importantly was very easy to communicate with and helped us with even short notice due to a job relocation. Also took great care of our belongings. Mr Dan and Dave were also excellent to work with. Highly recommend !

This company made our move very difficult. They would not tell us when our things would be delivered. Finally we had our things after 24 tense days. They give deceptive information, they do not return phone calls, they constantly ask for more money. The cost increased by several thousand dollars. The crews worked hard (Thank you William and Ralph) but a lot of boxes were crushed upon arrival. There was no clear inventory of boxes and items. Very dissatisfied. Fearing the worst when I empty the storage unit and see the condition of our items. I do not understand how our experience could be so different from the reviews I see on the right side of the page.

Mike and Dave made my moving pick-up process easy, enjoyable, and seamless! I had to already leave the area to relocate and I trusted them to move my belongings without being there and they did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Direct Relocation Services and especially Mike and Dave and will definitely utilize their services again in the future.

Mike & Dave were wonderful. Called when they were on the way & when they got here. They were fast, efficient and very careful with my boxes. Nice guys, too. It was a really hot day and they still managed to be personable & fun to work with. Worked with Jorde & Maria in the office, and they were great as well. Direct Relocation Service was the first vendor to respond when I inquired in Angieâ s website & Their follow through was excellent. Would definitely recommend them.
