Still waiting for my furniture (since July 2nd they picked up my furniture, July 18th truck came with wrong furniture, their reasoning and answer they keep giving me is that there is no drivers to drive from Florida to Ohio). Very uncommunicative and rude.

Mike, Dan, and Dave did a wonderful job packing and moving my home. Very professional. I felt rest assured the moment I met the 3 fellas! Mike kept me informed and explained everything very clearly. After my 30 free days of storage are up, I hope the company sends 3 more courteous respectful hard workers to deliver my furnishings. Thank you

They worked so hard and we're diligent, efficient and respectful.

Absolutely nothing went right with this move! The movers showed up after 4 pm to start packing and loading the truck. About one hour into this process I was informed I was not going to have a direct move (items don?t leave the truck they are loaded on and your belongings are delivered immediately) that my belongings were going into a warehouse and that they would not be finished that night. Daniel was extremely rough with my furniture and damaged my six drawer dresser before it was even loaded. The next morning they completed loading my belongings. The first delivery date I was given was the next day, July 23. On the 23rd I was called by Maria and I was told my belongings would arrive on Monday, July 26th. Monday: no call, no show. Tuesday I was called by Maria and told my belongings would arrive sometime between July 28 - 30th. She could not give me an exact date. Friday, July 30th I called the company to see when my belongings would be delivered. No one could tell me, other than then have 5-7 business days from pickup to deliver. That was not what I was told by both Jorde and Richard, I was told I would have a direct move. I explained that I was starting a new job on Monday, August 2nd and I had nothing to wear. *Go to Walmart* was what I was told. I am a healthcare executive and my clothes do not come from Walmart. His supervisor called me back and confessed that he knew on July 26th (the day before I was given the delivery dates of the 28th - 30th that my delivery would not arrive until sometime in August due to an alleged *medical issue* with the driver assigned to my delivery. He offered to refund me $368 so I could purchase clothes and shoes to start my new job. Had I known it would have been weeks before my belongings arrived I would have brought my clothes. I was told you would only need three days worth of clothes before my shipment would arrive. On Friday, August 6th I get a message my belongings would be delivered on the 7th. The morning of the 7th, the truck arrives but the driver refuses to unload the truck and demanded a cash payment or he was leaving. This was above and beyond the signed contract price. He was absolutely belligerent. I was absolutely distraught!! Fortunately I had some cash and he started to unload the truck. His assistant damaged the top of my solid wood coffee table when he nearly dropped my 55 inch flat screen TV. I have significant damage to every piece of wood furniture. My white lamp shade is ruined from a red candle that was placed inside it. Broken dishes and one of my husbands military awards now has an eagle with no toes on one foot. I am heartbroken. They knew I had damage before the load left Georgia. No one has contacted me. The delivery driver said, -Dont call and report any damage!- The move was from Augusta, Georgia to Pensacola, Florida 480 miles. I have had international moves with fewer headaches and zero damage! My advice: steer clear of this company! They over-promise, under-perform and you will have almost everything you own damaged!

Jorde Hosang and Mike Devito worked super hard for our job which wasnâ t huge but we had a complicated situation. Mikeâ s crew worked nonstop in 90 degree heat and professionally wrapped all of our furniture including antiques. Great work ethic!

From Jorde the Captain, Richard the Proofer Michael the the conductor and Director of the Symphony of Movers, this was a synchronized moving event that I would challenge any moving business to hold. Candle to. The professionalism and sheer desire to do the job at hand from a complete packing to delivery was truly remarkable. Unfortunately in the times we live, a not so good job is the soup of the day. And the great ones are never remembered or mentioned for a job well done. Not today!!!!! This whole experience with this moving Company was beyond reproach. Simply put, you must seriously consider hiring these guys and gals. Do youR due diligence in your vetting process, and chances are you will be in store for the most positive and carefree move of your life. Dave your willingness to please around every corner is remarkable. HIRE THESE GUYS! PS Sam keep up the great work.

I was given a quote over the phone after I sent pictures to Jorde. He was very thorough and quick; stuck pretty close to the quote I was given originally. Movers were fast, hopefully everything made it to Michigan from Georgia in great condition. I was scared it was going to take a couple weeks to get everything delivered, but Jorde and the drivers/movers had it there in exactly 1 week. I would definitely recommend this company.

Started out great. They were quick and professional. Came out in a Direct Relocation Services truck. The backend was a nightmare though. Move in date June 29th, I called repeatedly from before through middle of July, only to always be told the same thing... "driver will call." Once they even argued with me. This company does not deliver themselves, it's contracted out and it's with multiple other loads. The driver was great though. They packed on top of my pressure washer, ruining the wheels. I'm also missing boxes, never delivered. Customer service (?) Dispatch was useless. Was charged more than told at pickup but never given an explanation when asked. What are you going to do, they have your stuff. The fact this company is on Angi/HomeAdvisor makes me question my decision to join Angi. I had to help the driver unload since it was midnight when he showed and I had work the next day and would not be available. As stated, delivery driver was great.

The lady was nice and kind. Would recommend her to everyone.
