We have not finished unpacking, but so far we have 50 items busted. we have received other peoples household goods. The packers failed to wrap glass pieces and miss handled wood furniture so that legs broke off chairs and floor length mirrors. Still have not found our vacuum, but did receive someone else*s. The crew delivering the household goods was not much better. First it was not Direct Services but someone they brokered to. The crew unpacking dropped a desk and broke the drawers out and lifted the top off another desk so the drawers fell out of that one also.

Took 30 whole days to get our stuff. We were consistently told oh it is coming, it will be there in a couple of days. We were living on air mattresses for 30 days as they had all our belongings Also, they get you to sign with them by telling you oh it sounds like you have X amount of stuff, which generally takes up X amount of cubic feet. So you will only be charged X amount and even less if you do not take up that much space. ¦.yeah they way under shoot that cubic foot number (they charge by cubic foot). Then when they come get your stuff, they tell you oh well you have a lot more stuff so we have to charge you a ton of extra money for the space .
