Terrible customer service and very slow in delivery the customer belongs. As provided different information every time you speak to them to work in they favor. Terrible company to work with!!

Poor communication. They changed my pick-up time TWICE last minute which was super inconvenient considering I was flying to my new city the day of. Every time I call I am forwarded to another person, seems like they do not communicate with each other about what is going on. When I am forwarded to Maria she does not answer the phone, they have forwarded me to her 5x and she never picks up. It has been two weeks and I still do not have my boxes. Save your money.

Everyone was extremely helpful in keeping up to date with my move and the process was smooth. The movers too especially helpful, efficient, and kept me up to date on where they were during that process.

Poor communication. Did not call before arriving for delivery. They underestimated the load volume. Needed a second truck. And I have been waiting 5 days and still no truck or a phone call to let me know when delivery will be.

Very professional and thorough. Took time to listen to me and understand my needs. Louis, Andrew and Jorde did a great job working with me and I am very happy I chose this group for my project!

This is now my 3rd move with DRS- Jorde is hands down a true professional- They have been courteous, on-time, and upmost professional. Working this time with Jorde and Foreman Joe- It was a 5* professional move. You can always count on these guys for any moving needs. Thanks again!

Complex cross country move on a budget, ACED! When our 84 yrs mom needed to move her delicate possessions & lifelong collections from her 3,000 square foot home in S. Carolina to AZ everyone told us to use a different well-known mover. Being cost- conscious , she chose Direct Relocation Services of Boca Raton. It is now a relief to us that she discovered them. All phone convosbto set up her move & keep us on task to get ready for them were pleasant & encouraging. The whole staff was very experienced but the 2 key people were our intake guy (Jorde) and chief packer (Wendy). Jorde prepared us by patiently handling all our momâ s many questions & he spoke clearly for us to all understand. She owns lots of unusual things that are breakable & precious to her. He was honest & stuck to his quotes, while offering discounts. He didnâ t try to minimize how major this move would be, nor did he oversell us. He was a straight shooter. He managed to keep us all calm & focused on only what we needed to think about. He handled all the rest of the details keeping everything & everyone on schedule. With remarkable athletic ease, Wendy wrapped all delicate furniture, China &other breakables while singing & keeping his packing crew positive. We are now unpacked: Not any broken dishes, no damaged furniture! He was careful, efficient & supervised the rest of his people to also do a superior job. Leaving her home after 35 yrs, our mom was emotional & worried. Wendy kept her dancing & laughing throughout what could have been a traumatic experience. She knew she could trust him. He even helped her pack her overnight bag for flight home, say tearful goodbyes to her upstairs for the last time & helped her downstairs to catch her ride to airport. The combo of Jordeâ s encouragement & directions to us, plus Wendyâ s on-site execution was just magic! Now that everything has arrived in one piece I am even more impressed by the team at Direct Relocation Services. -Eleanor C.

Easy moving. We had to do little to nothing they did all of the heavy lifting and set up.

These are the most professional and efficient individuals that I have encountered in many years. They followed the process from beginning, during and to the end. The movers were courteous, and very mindful of how they handled my furniture and related items. When they gave a time and a date, they adhered to it. I would recommend them to anyone that has plans for a move. After many years of moving, finally a company that can be trusted and appreciated.

Never use this company. I used Direct Relocation in the past, but they have gone downhill. I don't know why. I referred business to them and was a good customer. My last experience with them was terrible. They did not honor their quote, and they damaged a bunch of my stuff and took no responsibility for it. No stars.
