Direct Relocation Services has set the bar incredibly high. I could not be happier with my whole experience from top to bottom. I knew from my first phone call with Jorge that I would choose the right company, his level of professionalism and how thorough he is made me feel comfortable from the beginning of this stressful process. My subsequent phone calls with Richard were also top-notch. This company is quality and takes its time to double-check everything so the customer knows exactly what to expect. Moving day- Joe, Dave, and Anthony knocked it out of the park and made this whole long-distance move feel like things were easy easy. Great team. Polite, courteous, and careful with all the items big or small. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full-service packing & moving company. This was a small move request made through /. Essentially a bedroom set and couch. The experience started out good, however when they delivered the furniture the queen headboard was missing, Cannot assemble the bed without it and it is the most valuable item of the move. They said they found it, but have not provided any update on the status of delivering it in spite of making several requests for a date. It makes me wonder if they know where the headboard is.

WARNING! This company direct relocation services can not help you with your out-of-state move. When they came to pick up my things they were nice and cool, that is the only good part. The drop-off/delivery and in-between were horrible. They did all this research on other companies through a dot website or whatever that was to compare but they still end up fcking up the move. Apparently, the phrase FADD (First available Delivery date) does not mean you are getting your things on the first available DELIVERY DATE. It means they finally going to try and pair you with another truck that is heading in your direction. Out of the 3 weeks after my FADD I have not heard from them, no updates like they said they would give. I had called twice just so they could tell me they still pairing and my stuff is still in my old state. Finally delivery day and it is a whole different company. (I am looking at these people like I did not hire you, why are you charging me extra.) That company even tried calling direct relocation services but they were not answering. And when I called them Shane Ole top-notch sale was running 2hrs late and not in the office or available. That is when I told the movers from the other company I just got off the phone with them, and he told me his people told him they was not answering. Direct relocation services claimed it was a discounted price but in the end, it was full price plus more. Now we are going through our stuff and now we have broken, damaged, and missing stuff. Maria claimed she checked the warehouse to see if anything was left behind, not sure if she really checked but she was supposed to check back or call back to let me know. I guess I had to call back since it is my stuff. W.e. weeks went by and this nice lady contact me on Facebook and Instagram about having my things. Thank God she was hours away from me. We meet up to get a few things they gave to her. And she also said they lost her things and wanted to do something nice since she knows how it feels to have her things traveling without you. She said they called and were trying to give her somebody else things on top of that. She found a paper with my name on it, that is how she found me on social media. I would not use this company for out-of-state moves at all. But if you do, cause I know people would still use them after the reviews and think no this would not happened to me. Atleast have your name in and on everything with a phone number. And be prepared.

The overall customer experience was terrible, every piece of furniture was damaged, I have furniture that is missing, I do not recommend them to anybody, please avoid them.

The estimate was on point from Michael and quickly responded with any questions or concerns. They were able to easily accommodate for the short term notice. Customer service from the movers, Vincent and Eddie was to tier 5 stars. I highly recommend them for any moving needed.

Be very aware of payment options on delivery. A money order from a bank will not be accepted. They require a Postal money order.. At age 65 I had no idea there was a difference. Company arrived 6:00 p.m. and I was unable to go to the bank to get cash. The company tried to charge 500.00 re-delivery for next day but finally accepted credit card payment for delivery that night. Pickup was great, but just follow all their rules to avoid potential problems.
