Quick to respond, and when issues came up that prevented him from doing things as originally scheduled, he was prompt about calling to let me know what was going on. Repair work was completed very promptly and done well.

On very short notice, they replaced roof shingles for me and reaffixed some loose siding. They worked fast but did an excellent job.

I had a really good experience with Jonathan Frank at all stages of contact. He came out in a timely fashion and provided what I felt to be an honest impression of the condition of my roof. The day the repairs began, Jonathan and his employee worked very diligently and quietly. At times I forgot they were even there. They also did not leave any debris behind. I felt that he listened when I explained where I thought the leaks originated and was able to pinpoint them right away, took photos, and then sent me an invoice with a cost estimate. Within a week the work was done. I found Jonathan and his workers to be very professional and pleasant. They were on time and got the work done in a timely fashion.
