He came out quickly on Saturday to assess my problem and provided me with an appointment to do the job on Monday. Since it was supposed to rain Monday night, I agreed. Then the appointment was changed to Tuesday and I sustained greater damage to my ceiling due to heavy rain Monday night. When they arrived on Tuesday, the job was done and his workers were very nice and courteous. Just be careful of the high prices(which we did agree on) and with the changing of appointments. It has rained since the repair and there is no leak in the roof.

Called for estimate yesterday. They came out, did estimate and were here promptly this morning to begin work. Just finished. Explained very clearly what they did and how it solved my problem. Time will tell whether the repair holds up but I was impressed by their professionalism and explanation of what they did.

Since my project was roof repair, I won't know for a while whether the roof still leaks (therefor, I'll give them a five rating and cross my fingers). However the process of assessing the project and obtaining the quote was prompt and courteous. The work was scheduled quickly, and happened exactly as scheduled. the workers were friendly and skilled. Restoration of the site and cleanup was excellent. I will recommend them to others.

Had a leak caused by an unsealed vent pipe on the roof. Came by on a Sunday to give me a quote and did the repair same day. Leak is gone, very satisfied.

Needed a small are repaired 10 by 10 or one square as roofers say. Came when they said repaired the area and cost was one thousand dollars. They were easy to talk to and worked professionally to repair my roof.

We found a leak in our roof and within hours of sending Jonathan a request for a quote, he called and scheduled an appointment. Jonathan was professional and he got the job done within one day. While at our house, we asked if he would also install a gutter and Jonathan gave us a quote on the spot and completed both jobs. I feel as if I was severely overcharged for the simple work done. I would not recommend this company, and advise others to strongly consider other roofers for any work needed.

Mine was a minor fix, involving no more than trimming the roof shingles over my gutters because they protruded over the gutters themselves, preventing the efficient use of the gutter protection I had installed. I mention that detail because the service I received was anything but minor. Jonathan replied to my request within 24 hours, came to the house to prepare the estimate, and arrived the next day. His team completed the job within an hour, including cleanup. My gutter protection warranty is now safe. I appreciate the rapid response and the courteous service. April is a good time to test the gutters. So far all is well.

One year ago, company came out to repair roof because of a leak around the chimney. I had to call them back out shortly thereafter to correct same problem. Roof repair remained dry for less than a year after second correction and owner refuses to call me back since I called and explained my problem again to him. I paid $1400. for a problem I still have.

They were very friendly and did a wonderful repair job on my roof. They were very profressional and did the job when they said they would and it is beautiful.
