First this is one of the most professional, kind and talented people I have come across in South Florida. Dan is so talented, what can't he do? He was on time, worked non stop, made sure he alerted me when he was going to lunch took less than an hour and was back again working like crazy. I couldn't be more pleased with the work he's done and I know we'll have him back again soon. Note: Book Early as he is one busy Guy!

Dan is excellent. I like the fact that he was prepared to work on all the projects we had and brought all the tools and hardware so he never left the house. Dan is very knowledgeable and is fair in his pricing. I lan to call him back to work on other projects.

The sprinkler system on my property had originally been installed in the 1970's...I think. It had not been used in about 10 years. Dan and his team spent two solid days bringing the system back to life. They redesigned the system, primed the pump, and dug up the yard through limestone and huge tree roots. The new system is bringing water to all parts of my yard. I was especially pleased with the pricing. It was more than fair with the number of people and hours involved in completing the job. This is the second time I've used Dan and his team. I would give them the highest recommendation.

I've used Dan two or three times in the past and have always been very pleased with his work. When he comes back, he checks his work from previous visits to make sure it still looks good & works well. Dan fixed some rotted wood in my front door jam that was caused by water damage. He also painted gutters and the interior garage door. He is also working on a spot in my ceiling caused from a water leak. This seems to be a repair that will take several visits so we can make sure it looks nice with the rest of the ceiling. I am confident that Dan will get this repair handled and make it look as well as it can possibly look! He is very pleasant, punctual, affordable and makes sure you check out his work before he leaves. I have his number handy in my phone in case I ever need him! We have another appointment coming up to do some other things...

Overall, terrible. This is hard to write because Dan is affable, patient, pleasant and easy going. However, the work was just not up to par. He arrived at 10 a.m. exactly as scheduled. First, I wanted him to install a ceiling fan in my bedroom. My first red flag was that the fan is located over my bed and he did not bring in a tarp or visqueen to keep the bed from getting dirty/dusty and it was obvious to me that he was going to have to step on the bed to get the fan installed. Loonnngggg story short, once he got the fan installed, the motor made a whining noise and he had me come listen to it because he didn't think I would be happy. He was right, so he took it down. When I took it back to the store where I purchased it, they turned it on and it was silent. They stated that the reason for the noise was improper installation. When I paid for their electrician to install it, it was silent. He also installed a regular out-of-the box Hunter fan in one room, and a 3rd fan in my family room. It was while I was watching him in the family room that I really saw how inept and careless he was. Again, for the sake of brevity, I will just discuss one aspect. Once the fan was installed, it didn't just wobble, it rocked. I told him he couldn't leave it like that. He didn't know how to balance it. So I went on line and read instructions to him while he performed what I was reading to him, and we got the fan balanced. Afterward he stated that each of the 3 fans had something tricky to it that he had never seen before, and that as far as the balancing goes, you learn something new every day. Dan was aware that I was worried about the cost of this because he was in my house for over 8 hours (excluding lunch and some personal phone calls) so he only charged me for half his time: $160. I can't comment on any of the other jobs I thought we would get done that day because we never got to anything else. I just would not hire him to install ceiling fans.

They were excellent. They were very good. They were fair priced. They are very nice, professional and on time. They did very good work. They showed up on time and showed me exactly what they were going to do. The worked quickly. They did everything that I needed to do and gave me a price quote for the job that needed to be done.

He was great. I would like to use him some more, but I just really cannot do it right now. He was very good. I was very happy with Angie’s List. He came by, said that he can do it for a certain price, and that he could handle it. He was professional, kind, and joked around. I felt comfortable with him.

He was a very nice guy who was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use him again.

I used Dan in the past, and called him again based on a great experience I had with him. I had him put new closet shelves and bunch of miscellaneous things around the house including some plumbing work as well. He is always on time, gives you honest estimates and is extremely flexible. You can count on him 100% for all routine handy stuff you need around the house. I will continue to use his service in future.

Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the various repairs that were needed done. . Worked efficiently and asked me to check each job as he completed it. Cleaned up entirely. Very satisfied, would recommend and use again.

He is really affordable and helpful and takes the time to go to the big box stores with you to ensure you get the right materials. It's like having a friend help you out. He is really trustworthy. You can feel comfortable to leave him in your home if you are not there. He is awesome! Love him. I am hiring him again for some odd jobs this Saturday.

Dan returned my call promtly, showed up just before the appointment time, and did a wonderful job. We needed a ceiling fan changed, a bathroom light changed and a few other electrical issue in the house. He did most of the things. There is one issue he said he is not comfortable donig, which is important when it comes to handyman work. As customers we appreciate that he knows his limits and know when to stop. He charges a very reasonable rate, and gave us many tips on saving money with future works. He is professional and knowledgeable about the house and what needs to be done while saving us money. We have worked with quite a few contractors and trades people in this area after we moved here several months ago. Dan gets the highest mark so far.

Dan arrived right on time. He had all the materials that he needed, i provided the paint. I explained what I needed done and he got to work right away finishing the job within 3 hrs. I needed a receipt and he e mailed one that same day. I would use Dan again.

Dan was a consummate professional. He is always on time, works hard, provides honest appraisal of work, and tries to performs work to the utmost perfection. We recently bought a foreclosed home and had a bunch of stuff to be taken care of before occupying the premises. Dan was a god-send and was able to assist us with lot of things - he is very flexible and works with your schedule, needs and wants and even tries to coach you on things so that you do not have to call him next time for the same repair job. He tries to save you money by suggesting alternatives to expensive repair without compromising on the repair quality itself, All in all, he is someone whom you can 100% rely upon for a variety of handy jobs around the house.

Service wasn't performed, I was able to fix problems myself, but Dan was nice and answered all of my questions.

I live in California and i own this property in Florida.My tenant wasn't happy with electrician who fixed the a/c and heater.I found Dan through Angie's list and after my first conversation with him over the phone, i knew he is the right man for the work.He first went to the house assessed the issue and provided me an immediate update.He also took an electrician with him and fixed the heater issue immediately.He followed up with the tenant to make sure there is no issue.Next time when my tenant called me about air conditioner issue ( it was on a weekend), Dan went to the house immediately and provided me an update and my options.I am very satisfied with Dan's work and i would definitely recommend him.

One of the best things about Dan is his responsiveness. I contacted him regarding replacing some rotten wood under the roof in the back of my house. Dan responded immediately via phone and email, asked for a few pictures of the affected area and immediately sent me an estimate. He showed up on time, repaired the part of the roof and pointed out a few additional minor fixes. He and Steve did the other fixes without charging me anything additional. I highly recommend them.

He was very conscientious and helpful. He confirmed and showed up as scheduled. He did everything he said he would and did everything well. He wants to make his customers happy.

Dan is a kind, honest and responsible handyman. He got job done and also explained well how he did it. He understood my needs and always tried his best to save money for me. I would use him again in the future!

Dan did a great job for me! He responded quickly to my call and was here the following morning right on time. He did caulking in bathrooms, repaired a closet door, plastered some areas on the walls that needed holes covered, repaired a few areas on my laminate wood stairs, and took care of a running toilet. He explained everything very carefully to me and walked me through everything. He was referred to me by someone else I contacted on Angie's List who was unavailable, and I am very pleased. I will most definitely use him again in the future.

Dan had done some concrete work for us before so I knew he would do a great job, which he did. Even though the front walk and driveway are 25 years old, they will look new again once they are painted thanks to Dan's repairs. As with the other jobs Dan has done for us (this was the fourth project I believe), he assessed the problem, formulated a good solution, and bought good materials with which to do the job. Dan is never done with a job until he is happy with how it looks, and every one of his repairs reflects his professionalism and the pride he takes in a job well done.

Dan is a solutions guy! Very friendly, honest, trustworthy and affordable! He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and I will be calling him again for other maintenance needs.

Dan did a great job. He obviously has enough skill to do more than we required but he did every task happily and quickly. I was away for most of the day while the work was being completed and was surprised to learn that Dan worked through lunch and dinner. All his work was neat, he fixed things that I didn't like quickly and worked form 8am to 8pm (and would have likely stayed longer if required). Please note that his regular charge is more in the $40-$45 per hour range but he gave me a discount given how much work I had.
