It was a real pleasure to deal with this company. The Jeff turned up on time (in fact about 40 minutes early). At various stages Jeff consulted and when over the options with me and that I was happy and exactly where I wanted the Awning mounted. A great team and if you want a professional job done, reliable at reasonable rate then Jeff is your man. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff.

Jeff took time to go over options, and when it was came to installing the awning it was done in good time. Everything was cleaned up, with no debris left around. The awning looks beautiful and really makes the house look finished. I would highly recommend Jeff.

Took me 2 whole years to decide what I really wanted for my patio. Very hesitant to go with anyone online but my gut feeling told me to go through home advisor and they matched me with someone whom "actually" listened to what I wanted! Hired that day and received my beautiful motorized awning immediately after! Your home is your kingdom, treat it as such and go with someone very knowledgeable as I did with Shade Solutions!

There were some problems but he went above and beyond in getting them resolved, because of that I would highly recommend him.

Do not hire him, he start jobs take half of the money do not answer call and when you finally get a hold of him by calling on a different number other than your he lies about coming to complete the job and never show up, it has been over 4 months and he had not installed my valance in the dining area, last contact I had with him was last week and he said he would try to have something for me that week, a week have pasted have not heard from him

We hired Jeff to install solar shades throughout our home and two fabric awnings. The awnings are beautiful and we love them. Jeff did his best to respond and rectify issues that we had with the shades (these were manufacturing issues, not workmanship on his part). He offered great customer service and did his best to make us happy.

We are very happy with our blinds. They are functional and beautiful. He is very personable.

Shade Solutions solved an enormous problem which I had with golf balls breaking windows in my home. The windows on one side of the house are close enough to the fairway of a golf course that balls continuously broke windows. The owner installed steel screens over the windows so that the golf balls just bounce off the windows. I would never have guessed that this solution was available, Their service was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone, Carol.

The owner is also the installer so he saw the job through from start to finish. The best part of the experience was the amazing amount of customer service offered. Samples were brought to our home so that we could match the colors to the house and get a better idea of what the awnings would look like. Unlike other places we had been, there were books and books of samples, literally hundreds of choices both in style and fabric. I thought there was a way to share photos but I don't see any links or I would have gladly shared them. Very competitively priced.

Talked to Jeff who set up an apt with me the very week I spoke with him. He came out to the house, measured the area, made a recommendation, gave me quote and I ordered the awning. Within 2 1/2 weeks it was installed by him and his co-worker and I am enjoying it now. Jeff is a true professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have an awning installed.

Jeff called me right away and set up and appointment for that same week, and sat with me and my husband for over an hour to discuss our project plans. He was knowledgeable and understood our needs to help us pick the best options. He was courteous throughout. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Awning was installed with to much pitch and arms would not tuck back into place. Parts were ordered to make a fix on this pitch problem. Awning installed in January. Parts arrived on April 23 . Sent a message to contractor on April 23 and never heard back from him. I installed the parts myself on June 27.

Kept me notified when the custom awning was being shipped and contacted me to get it install. Very quick installation. Very happy with the outcome!
