Overall, Job was extremely well done except wiring was not completed. Pro knowingly did not complete the task and wanted to charge us more which was very frustrating.

Responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and explained it to me and showed me what it was and how they fixed it. I had received a few other quotes from other companies that were more than 4 times the amount A1 charged. I was being totally mislead. I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally found an honest company to work with.

We had a leak near the pressure vacuum breaker and attempted to repair it ourselves, after several weeks going around with big box stores, we decided we needed professionals to ensure everything was sealed and at city height requirements. We called them and they were here in 25 minutes to assist. The customer service was exceptional and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good people who do not price gouge.
