Description of Work: The owner of the franchise, Mark, is the sales rep. He was absolutely punctual for his initial sales pitch/interview visit, mid-job "how's it going" visit, and final inspection/collection appointments. The painting team was likewise totally punctual, but, moreso, they were professional, neat, clean, courteous, respectful of our property and all had a very strong work ethic with high attention to detail which I demand (we had from 1 to 4 people here daily for the time it took to complete our job). Compared to several other estimates we had for this job, Premium Painters priced-out excellently because the "repair" work they did more than made up for otherwise "slightly" lower estimates (which would have been more costly with the repairs I wanted). In the end every penny was worth it, I will use them again in 7-10 years when I need to repaint my home's exterior, and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
